Item ordered 5/27/12, Website said item in stock available for shipment. Ordered prior to 2 pm so order should process same day. 6 days past no part email sent to gain shipment information (no reply). Day 9 past email sent again no reply. Day 12 another email and phone call to 1-888-858-3088 to find they ordered/received wrong item from supplier. Never contacted me to inform me of error. Customer service poor now waiting on cancellation and refund.

Everything was going fine, email to call to confirm, called Jeff customer service 1-800-514-3506 ext 227. Item available will be shipped 1-2 days you will have by Friday 12 Nov. 9 Nov email that they will not have for 10-12 more days. Do not buy from a reseller. Not worth the pain.
