“I received something I don't even know what it is. I could not create a dispute during the guarantee period because their website didn't work. The customer service told me to log the complaint to the seller thru email on their website instead. Now 2 months has passed, I did not received anything. I asked for a refund, they said no because I did not create a dispute during the guarantee period. However my complaints are still there on their site, just that they are not in the form of a dispute. I did exactly what the customer service told me.
I spent many hours with customer service since I received the box. They made me do this, do that and promised it will be resolved. Now they turned their back.
