“I placed an order on Jan 31st 2011 with R4DS-R4i. It took them 10 days to ship my order due to the Chinese New Year. In those 10 days I sent them a message asking what was up, and they did explain the reason for the shipping delay once they shipped the item.
I received the shipment on February 24th 2011. (about 25 days since I ordered it, or about 2 weeks since they actually shipped it after the 10 day shipping delay)
The item was not as described. On their website, the GBA Cart that I ordered states that it also comes bundled with a USB SD Card Reader and a USB extension Cable. I did not receive either.
I explained the discrepancy between the product description on their website, and what was sent to me, and asked what my options were (would they send me the other items in the bundle, or offer a refund). Cherry's response was simply "There only one card, it will not include the USB, please check it"
Admittedly, the GBA Cart that I wanted was the most important item out of the bundle, but they did not even acknowledge their mistake, and made me feel like I was in the wrong.
I'm not going to get too bent out of shape over the items that I lost, since they were more of a bonus than anything else -- but I wanted to write this review to offer a warning to anyone buying from R4DS-R4i.com : their customer service is unconcerned about customer satisfaction, and they don't care about glaring errors on their website regarding product descriptions.”
