I stupidly tried to update my Roxio/Sonic software on my Dell laptop for only $69.99 the "upgrade" did little but crash my computer - tech support ? contact ? NO such thing you can "chat" with a robot - with limited knowledge , never get real support. uninstaled Roxio and got Nero - works fine - couldn't get my money back as i couldn't contact anybody

This was my second order with Axion. The first went well enough even though the power supply in the case I purchased failed within two weeks. Tech support was knowledgeable and the replacement arrived promptly.

However, this time when I ordered I specified 2-day air shipping so that I could get it before the long New Year weekend. I received an e-mail confirming that the order was shipped that day. They DID NOT ship it out until the following day though, so I had to wait an additional four days to recieve the equipment. If I did not mind waiting until the following week, I would have shipped it UPS Ground and saved about 40% of the shipping costs. I called to let them know of my displeasure and got, "I'm sorry, but it did ship within 24 hours." Actually though, it did not. I ordered it at 12:44pm and it did not ship until 6:39pm the following day. BTW, I ordered it on Dec 27 so the Christmas rush is no excuse.

If I owned a company like this, the policy would be that if a customer requests any shipping method which requires delivery in less than UPS Ground, it would have to go out the same day. As a matter of fact, the company that I work for follows this policy.

Finally, I had to call to get a tracking number because the web tracking does not show that number.
