When an item was defective, I sent photos and they refunded me for the item completely since the item was sold out of stock (otherwise I would have been offered an exchange or refund). Garments vary depending on the brand, but I find them to be high quality in general. Staff is kind and the online chat was able to resolve my issues quickly.”
“TLDR; I never got my money back for a faulty item I received and sent back to them via priority mail with tracking over a month ago. BEWARE. I heard a similar thing happened and they blocked the girl when she wrote on their facebook wall asking for her money.
Long story: I ordered an item that was faulty/broken, so I promptly took photos and emailed them. They replied I could return it and that they didn't do return labels but would completely reimburse me for the shipping back if i just put the shipping receipt in the bag. I shipped 2-day priority with tracking, so I knew it got there within 2 days. After waiting over 10 days, I emailed them and got a nice reply saying "Sorry we're behind with stuff! We'll refund you soon!" So I waited some more. Now it's been over three weeks, and send another super nice message saying I was anxious about my return. Got a reply saying they are still working on it and not to worry. Well, it's been 6 weeks now SINCE THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BACK TO THEM and i have US postal tracking proof of that and I still have not gotten my money back. ”
