We are writing to make an apology of the order non-delivery. Upon hearing from you of your case, we have been working closely with HK Post for parcel tracing. On 8 March 2011, Choronpost confirmed that they lost the parcel and will be carrying out parcel loss compensation with us. We have brought your case to our Management Team for parcel re-arrangement request which will be announced later today.
I will write to you and ask for your preference or whether you are still interested in getting the belated parcel or a full refund.
