“I've dealt with Batterybob for years, after trying other local and online vendors of batteries. The site is easy to navigate showing many applications for each. Larger items (sealed lead-acid, Li-Ion, etc.) are tested individually. This vendor offers name-brand items; I've had less-than-satisfactory results from house brands from others.
“Ordered a monitor, shown as "In Stock" on 9/15/06. ZipZoomFly accepted my PayPal transfer then. On 9/20/06, received an email that it was NOT in stock, and the ETA was left blank. Nowhere along the line did the order show other than "processing".
Cancellation of the order required a toll call to the other coast. Rep stated she had to "get approval" for the cancellation.
I'd avoid ZZF until it gets its problems with inventory tracking sorted out...maybe it should get a computer or something....”
“They offer some astounding values - they were $25 below anyone else on the Lian-Li PC60USB case I bought. Their prices are about the lowest around, but service is among the highest. Shipping times are long (they're in BC, Canada, and I'm in Florida), but it's due to transit as they pack well and ship promptly.
On this particular order, they refunded over $20 in shipping charges that the website mistakenly overcharged me. That kind of attention to detail (yeah, it was automated, but somebody had to program the automation) and integrity keeps me coming back.”
“This is my Annual Summary, and once again, to summarize, CrazyPC has sayed on my "A" List, in company with only three other vendors.
Consistently good prices, consistently robust packing, and consistently no problems whatsoever. I was among their first customers (and the 6th to rate them on resellerratings), and their performance has been unwaveringly stellar.”
