The very worst 3rd party expierience & Newegg did nothing to resolve it

I bought a total Lemon HP computer in Dec.2017, paid over 1000.00 for it. It started having issues in Feb, Finally contacted HP and they determined the ram was bad. I sent it back...without computer 10 days.
I got the computer back, within 2 weeks more Blue Screens of death, they checked it again determined that it was bad ram again...I sent it back...another 10+ days without a computer.
I got it back on a Wed and on MONDAY more BSD..after replacing the mother board..and reloading windows I mean REALLY???? At that point called Newegg because I no longer had faith in HP fixing it (and they too refused a refund) and told them I'm not waiting until the warrantee runs out with HP I want a refund...they said tuff..I bought it through a third party seller..They did email this HORRIBLE AWFUL seller but that's all they would do..not their problem....This guy was a joke, Nasty rude, awful..only a 30 day guarantee than zippo. I told him this wasn't my fault in anyway shape or form and I wanted a refund...Well another tuff ...DOES NOT stand by his product at all as does Newegg not protect customers from their sellers.
I would have(and had papers in hand) to take this guy to small claims court when HP finally ruled in my favor(after extensive conversation) to give me a refund. I just sent the computer back again, awaiting my refund to get another computer...unless you buy an extended warrantee, which you shouldn't have to these people could care less what happens to you after they have your money. DO NOT BUY HP...and don't EVER buy from this horrible nasty customer service whatsoever...DemProductSales...or
