I ordered a dress for a Christmas ball and waited three days for it to be shipped out and then the day it was suppose to ship I check to get the tracking number and its say on my account online that the dress was on backorder now....WHAT? No phone call, no email, nothing earlier to inform me so I could have time to find another dress....Thanks for wasting my time Macy's!!!! Now I have to rush around town and hunt a dress down. It is so shady because you can still add the dress to your cart online and it doesn't say its on backorder....inform your customers Macy's so you are not wasting other peoples time! Most companies will let you know if an item is on backorder before you add it to your cart. That was my first purchase with you and definitely my last. I will never buy anything from you again...ever! You really put a bad taste in my mouth. Just bad business!!

Awful!!!!!!! We ordered a generator before the Sandy storm and paid a huge amount to have it shipped overnight and they didn't even ship it out until three days later and it showed up a week later!! They blamed Fed-Ex saying they lost a shipment because they didn't scan any of the boxes into the Fed-Ex system. Really? Do they think people are that dumb to believe that. When I told the lady from Fed-Ex what they said she laughed and said "no our workers are not allowed to leave without scanning very single box in". "I" not the company actually put a tracer on the package and come to find out that's why nobody could find it.. ...THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHIP IT OUT YET!! So needless to say it was a little to late when we already got hit with the storm and lost all of our food and had no power. I refused shipment when it finally did arrive and had it sent back for a refund. Also if you email them and want a response GOOD LUCK they never answer your emails. I emailed three times asking where the generator was and nothing!! When I call they rush you off the phone and they say they will take care of your problem but the funny thing is they didn't even ask for my account number or order number... so how can they take care of it when they don't even know what order to take care of!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Telling you now BEWARE!!!
UPDATE: I just finally got a response as to when I will get my refund....TWO WEEKS ...REALLY??? It takes 14 days? Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had a company take 14 days it's always been three or less. So if you need your money back fast.. don't shop here!!

I love this store! We received our furniture on Monday and the mechanism was bet under the recliner on our loveseat and so I emailed photos and called the next morning and by Friday we already had the replacement part..absolutely wonderful customer service. They really took care of the situation...and did it super fast. We installed the part ourselves so the loveseat was fixed by Saturday afternoon. So we received the furniture, then the replacement part and had it fixed all in less than a week!!! We will be buying from this store again!! Thanks so much Classy Home!

I just bought a dress and the seams were all uneven the whole right side of the dress was almost in the front so you could see this big line going down the front of my hip and when I took it to alterations to get it fixed (which I shouldn't have to do)they said they couldn't even fix it, it was so uneven in the back and side it would cost more to fix it than what the dress is even worth, she said it looked terrible and that she had never seen a dress so bad! big waste of money! oh and by the way the material was cheap not anything like the picture,it was dull not shining silk and instead of jewels it had sequins in alot of the spots. DON'T BUY A DRESS FROM HERE!!!! It's garbage now cause I can't sell it and JJ's House won't take returns and if they do (which you will have to hassle them) you will only get 50% of your money back and it takes months cause they are in Hong Kong.
