Defective part, Zero Response from Customer Service
“The part was defective and I contacted customer service, no response beyond automated Emails. Very disappointed with follow-up. I sent pictures showing defect (mounting nut welded perpendicular instead of horizontal). A subtle issue that I didn't notice until after installing (dismantling door panel, wiring, etc.) Had to jerry-rig it so I could drive (and lock it up)… Pain in the rear for what should have been a plug and play part...……….
