Good selection for petite asian girls

Shipping is slow and website has just way too many "options" (almost dizzy looking at them), but if you are looking for something you cannot find int north america, this is the place to go.

It was my third time ordering with Vitacost, shipping to Canada. First two went smooth, so I thought Vitacost would be a great place to shop for health products from now on. But I was completely wrong, when my third order went really, really terrible. I placed an order Oct. 13th and received an email the next day that the items were shipped. The box did not arrive on the "expected delivery date", so I waited about 3-4 more days. Still no box, so I contacted Vitacost. The tracking information still said "to be routed". A representative at Vitacost was NOT helpful, saying I have to wait until November 14th until they do some sort of investigation. I waited until around 10th of November and the tracking information still said "to be routed". I contacted Vitacost again, and this time I was told they would get back to me in 48 hours after "investigating". After 72 hours, NOTHING from Vitacost. So I contacted them AGAIN. This time after putting me on hold for a while because she or he had to contact the "manager", I was told that my shipment is "lost" and that I would get full refund. That was it.
I was charged over $130 Canadian, my refund was just over $120 Canadian because of the rate difference. So I paid them money and got nothing but frustration out of them. I will NOT be ordering from Vitacost again and will be highly discouraging people from ordering from Vitacost, especially outside U.S.

Provided prompt update, albeit it took a while to get the item to be shipped. However, when the shipping date got delayed, BTR offered a $10 discount to make up.
