Sent me a broken part and has a long returning process

I bought a part and it came broken so I bought it again and this one came broke as well but not as bad. So I installed it and theysay there’s a 30 day return policy and I’ve besn waiting now 7 days for a confirmation to return this thing and they said it would take between 2-4 days. I just want my money back at this point.

If the part arrived broken, then you need to contact customer service via the support ticket system and provide pictures of the broken items, which we show you have done not as of yet. Until that is done, we cannot arrange the return thru the warehouse and no refunds are given until the part is received and processed by the warehouse.
