“ I received the order (shoes) on time before Xmas, however the size 12 which my son wears in every other shoe, was much too large for him. However you do not pay for return service. When we returned the shoes for an exchange, we had the choice of paying $30 UPS or $16 (8 day delivery) at the US Post Office, and other than at Xmas time, your return policy is only 15 days. Now I am sorry I didn't simply ask for a refund, and go somewhere else to buy shoes. What happens if the re-order doesn't fit? Will I have to pay to return them as well?? And will I only have 15 days? The postage adds up to almost what I paid for the item, therefore I don't believe it is worth doing business with your store!
