Worst Experience I have Ever had with a Relater

9/26/17 I ordered two Desktop PC's for my office with Expedited shipping. On 10/2/17 I received one PC and not the other. So, I checked the tracking with Fedex to see that it never shipped. Newegg assured me it would arrive 10/3/17 by 4:30 PM. No PC ever showed and the tracking info still said it hadn’t shipped. I had an employee starting the next day that would need the PC. 10/4/17 I called Newegg and spoke with Everette Garrett Newegg Customer Service Supervisor. Everette told me everything I wanted to hear. Told me he would overnight me a replacement computer and give me a $30 Gift card for my troubles. Fantastic News! 10/5/17 E-mailed Everette for Status and was told it didn’t go out but would ship today. 10/6/17 E-mailed Everette again for status still didn’t ship but it’s now in the Early Stages of packing! I tried Serval times to reach Everette now and would take my Calls. I did speak with TJ and was told it would arrive Monday 10/9/17. Tracking info on 10/9/17 said it still handing shipped. I called Everette wouldn't take my call of course!. I did speak with Victor T. Victor told me computer never shipped and wasn’t scheduled to Ship. I asked him to cancel my order and refund my account. He said he couldn’t because the order was in packing status. I have now called my CC company to cancel the payment. My experience with them was to kick the can down the road. Worst company I have ever Experienced
