Ordered a bath drain in Oil Rubbed Bronze Hand Relieved finish. Delivery was a little slow but their website stated that much. Drain arrived and noticed immediately it was the wrong finish and incorrect model number. They shipped a plain oil Rubbed Bronze drain (no lacquer finish on the drain and a different color). Figuring mistakes happen I contacted efaucets via their on line customer service form. Waited.. waited.. and waited so sent another email. Waited.. waited. Sent 2 emails via the chat is closed option and waited. Tried calling but the hours listed on web site did not match the hours in their phone message. tried again during normal hours and put on hold.. for over 45 minutes and waited.. and waited. After 6+ emails and no luck I have placed a complaint via Paypal and giving efaucets a few days to respond before I escalate. As many others have stated here... if they get your order right they are pretty good. If they get it wrong good luck getting ANY response. Buy from places with better customer service ratings. All companies make mistakes but not all fix them.

Photocraft is a GEM.. reminds me of the great service we used to expect and received in this country. Cannot praise enough. Very helpful over the phone, called back quickly when they said they would, assisted when I needed to return one item. Highest level of customer service possible. Very impressed and highly recommend! Sales, help, returns, refunds.. all simply incredible!

I'll spare the long story but I had purchased a DLP set in August 2006 form OneCall and also an extended waranty. When the set died on January 1 of this year I contacted the warranty service to repair it. Eventauly I was told they would reimburse me for the set and that should ahve been simple. After many phone calls and "stories" about the check in the mail, the warranty company again contacted OneCall. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager of OneCall and told her the details of what had been going on. She was very displeased with the service I ahd not received ( the warranty company is not affiliated with OneCall ) and told me she would get things moving. A day later I had received multiple calls from the warranty compnay and later that day spoke again with OneCall to make plans to receive a new replacement TV. EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I could convey here how frustrated this experience had been and how thankful I am that OneCall has a customer service department that truly cares about its customers. I feel certain without this support I would stil be living with promises of the check is in the mail and you need to give it 10 to 15 business days to get there. I was amazed at how fast thing smoved when OneCall got involved. My TV shipped on 3/20.. I have to agan say THANKS for the help.. it is very appreciated!! This is the best customer support I have ever gotten!

Lens was shipped on time, tracking information was quickly available with email notification. Lens arrived undamaged and funtioning properly. Focus check confirmed this as did photos taken. Overall very positive experience and would highly recommend to others. Entire experience was nothing but positive.
