I was amazed by the service I got from I found on Google that they were offering a board game for $20.83, while Amazon listed the same game at $38.50. But when I went to their site, it simply referred me to Amazon and to the higher price. I wrote to them to complain, and they explain that Amazon prices keep changing.

However, the next day they wrote back to me to let me know that Amazon had reduced its price to $20.83 again, and I was able to buy the game at a much lower price. I was very surprised and pleased that they followed up in this way, and my daughter was delighted that I now was willing to buy her this game!

I just got fabulous service from Tiger Direct! I bought a refurbished Gateway computer at an amazing price from Tiger Direct on August 16. It crashes once very few days with blue screens - but it works well most of the time. I assumed I'd have to call Gateway and spend many hours trouble-shooting with them, and since the problem is erratic, I didn't think we'd solve it.

It just occurred to me, on Sept. 14, that I should call Tiger Direct. I spoke with Jean at ext. 5390 and asked if I could simply return or exchange the computer. He immediately explained that their policy was to accept a return so long as I called within 30 days, and then I have an additional 30 days once they issue the return authorization to get it back to them. They send me a free pre-paid shipping label for the return.

It couldn't have been easier. I chose to have them send me a new one immediately, and then I'll get a refund on the one I'm returning.
