I wish all online audio shops were this easy to deal with. I am a cheapskate, and always look for audio bargains.

I ordered two little amps from them, and they were advertised as "demos." I could not find so much as a fingerprint on them. I continue to shop there, and though the prices have risen a bit, they continue to impress!

I called three x, and finally got an answer. The lady on phone seemed nice enough. They listed some magazines everyone else was out of for cheap, with free shipping. I asked verbatim, "Are these mags in stock?" and was told yes, we have you covered...place my order online...

...fast forward two days, no tracking, no nothing. About a week later, I got an email stating they were sorry, but my mags were on a 30-day back order.

TO HECK WITH THESE CHUMPS. If you notice, all of their reviews are either 5-stars (from users with only one review...go figure), or they are AWFUL reviews. Not much in the way of four,three,or two star reviews. FISHY PEOPLE .

I love audio stuff, and always look for closeouts, etc online. Newegg often has ridiculous deals with free shipping on loudspeakers, receivers, etc.

I have placed over a dozen orders w/newegg, and only had one issue (really more of an issue with the factory packaging than with newegg).

Their cstmr service answered Immediately, and the next day, UPS came knocking with return slips, and carried the damaged product back at no charge to me. Yes, they had a hold on my C Card for new ones until the old ones arrived back at newegg, but this was due to my insistence they shipped new ones prior to receiving my return.

I received my new product, and a refund for the old one. Will be a newegg customer until I hang up my hat!

Hey, honestly, I give these morons four stars, because I while they ALWAYS get my orders wrong, it always ends-up in my favor!

Am I going to tell you more than once that you refunded my card 2x for the same return? NOPE! I was honest and told them the first time. Why would I keep calling back to tell a company they OVER Refunded my card by $2200+ !?

Thank you for the free money, Sears.

This place = a joke. Two stars is a gift, simply because I eventually got a refund for the wet, moldy, ruined ammunition they pawned-off on me!

Ordered 500 rds of .308 ammo for a weekend of shooting fun. Was described as "sealed in a tin." I received 500 rds of 308 in a tin that looked like it sat on the banks of a river in the middle east, and there was sand and moisture in the tin, along with a bright orange flag on top of the ammo (probably to denote its unusable condition). My invoice stated, "inspected by maria," or something similar. Inspected by my butt!

I picked through ALL 25 moldy boxes of 20 rds each, and decided this stuff was unsafe to shoot. When I first called, the operator said there were no refunds on ammo. When I explained it was UNSAFE to shoot, and that I was making a good faith effort to return it, and would rather contact Visa than risk damaging my hunting rifle, they offered to send slips to return. A few weeks later, I received a refund.

Would not shop here again.

These guys typically ship your stuff the same week. They have awesome prices on ammo (usually), and they answer their phone (usually).

My only gripe is with tracking. They show your order as "in process" even after shipping. I want to know when ammo is arriving at my door, so this can be frustrating. That said, I always get what I pay for, within a week or ten days , max, and I am pretty happy with the folks at Wideners.
