I tried to order parts for my car. The site “declined” my card the first time so I tried again- declined. I look on my account and sure enough, both charges went through. I look on their site and the “order status” is “declined”. I send an email inquiring and Michael assures the order is being processed and will send a confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Three days later, I ask what’s going on with the order and they request another DAY to figure what is happening. After 4 days, THM can’t even confirm an order has been placed/processed let alone an ETA and they ask for more time. I have to request 3 times to cancel the order. THM then requests 1-2 business days to cancel the order. Of course 5 days come and go and no refund confirmation or account credit. Next step, charge back. Tired of this place I gave them every opportunity. Luckily these parts weren’t for my Legacy. Do yourself a favor, if you need European parts go to FCP Euro- my parts in hand in 2 days.
