“We were more then willing to rectify this issue with the customer if given a chance. Customer said he did not receive his shipment. We verified with usps.com and the item was delivered on 19 Dec. After we verified this with usps.com we notified customer of shipping address that we had and his reply was "I do not have the package... already posted a bad review... i am very dissatisfied with how this order has gone. I ordered several items from different companies online all at the same time as this order, and they all emailed me when they shipped the item with tracking info. I got everything but my order from you guys. I'm just going to buy from another company and hope my luck is better with them."
We were not given a chance to figure out what happened to the shipment. We have refunded his credit card.”
