“I decided to upgrade my computer and as with all things there's never a 100% chance your item will arrive to you in perfect condition, this certainly isn't my first time ordering from Newegg, I've done so many many times, they have very quick processing times and very good shipping times. Honestly they are my favorite place to shop online (though in part because they sell awesome computer stuffs :P )
This time however was my first time having something arrive that was not working. The shipping was perfect, boxes good condition, but my motherboard was faulty, and judging by some of the reviews on the item I knew it was a possibility prior to purchase. I was/is the motherboard I want though so I went ahead a purchased it and sadly my DRAM check failed and although I went to a professional was still unable to get it working.
I then dealt with Newegg's customer service for my first time and although it's always a bit of dreaded experience to have to RMA something, this was the best experience I've had doing so. I used their "chat with us" feature my agent was Jane C. And in less than 5 minutes my return was processed and issued and emails sent for the return shipping label.
Of course I wish my motherboard hadn't been DOA but knowing that sometimes it happens, I couldn't be happier with Newegg's response and timing considering the issue. Excellent site, and now proud to say, excellent service.”
