I advise everyone not to buy anything at that store! Over a year ago I order 2 watches. The quality of these watches was terrible. First of all the I had to adjust the time by 10 mins. every day because it was running to fast. The wrist band was falling apart, and I needed a tool to the adjust the time.
I connected support and they told me that I could send the watch back to them, but I had to pay for the shipping costs myself. (40$ for insured mail) After 3 months I got the package back for the post company because it could not be delivered to the address in China specified by support. So I lost 40$ of shipping costs....
I contacted support again.... Now they provided an other China address and they advised my to use regular email instead of a signed package with insurance.
That was about 11 months ago and the package is totally lost now.
I spend over 250$ without having one working product. I have contacted support many times and a while ago they just stopped responding to my email.
It looks like I will never be compensated for this.”
