“It's my first time ordering a product online from Home Depot and probably the last. I went to Home Depot store in Tukwila, WA to find a bathtub slide door, they don't have it so they placed the order for me online. The order is lost somewhere, which is fine with me since that happens. I had to call in and dealt with their automate phone answering to be able to get to a customer service. They couldn't find where my order went, so they replaced another order, after 5 days, I had no confirmation, nothing to indicate about the order. So, I had to call in again. This time I was asked to either cancelling the order or waiting for it. I thought it's not urgent; so I wait. Another 5 days passed by.... nothing. I got **** and called in to cancel the order. They cancelled (I hope they did) and said I'll receive an email about the cancellation. At the time I wrote this review, it's almost a week... I receive nothing from Home Depot in my email. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge.
