“The rifle was shipped to a local FFL Dealer. I was called to inform he had received the rifle and to schedule a time to start the paper work. Prior to starting the paperwork process, I was asked to inspect the rifle for acceptance. Upon opening the shipping box, I noticed there was no magazine or lock. The representation was if the rifle was to be shipped to a compliant state, a bullet button and acceptable magazine would be provided. When I called the dealer to discuss the issue, they informed they would contact the manufacture and get back to me. I was informed a magazine and lock was not included in the purchase. The dealer was considerate of the issues and sent me a lock.
Considering the price of the rifle, the manufacture should have included both the magazine and lock.
No complaints of Primary Arms. Next time I should call first to verify what's included with the purchase.
