“I ordered eight large frames and mattes for an exhibit and needed them by a certain date. During my order process the staff was very helpful, however, they made a shipping error and sent my order to a different state. In the end they were able to reroute the order.
However, I had ordered a frame that appeared to come in a choice of black or white. I ordered "black", but the frames that arrived were a burnished silver color. They definitely didn't match the web site image. There was no color description, and the other choice was white, so there was nothing to indicate they weren't black. Since we were using the frames in an exhibit the day after they arrived, we had no choice but to use them. Fortunately the silver worked reasonably well.
I do think this company offers a very good value, and would use them again, but would strongly suggest ordering a sample and allowing plenty of time (three to four weeks) for production, delivery time, and time to fix any errors.
