“I bought an item from their sellers and it was not as advertised. REturning was a challenge. They would not respond. Newegg passed the blame to the seller and would not try to act on my behalf. This seller had a ton of negative reviews because of doing the same (after I bought it). After trying for weeks, I finally had to do a charge back. They blocked my account. This after I spent over 10K without a single return. They did the same to a friend of mine as well. They finally reactivated my email after I complained on twitter. Despite my better judgement, I ordered an item from them. Before it was even shipped, I cancelled the order, but they shipped it anyways and gave me two days to return after delivery. I got the item February 28th at 5pm, and the RMA number was valid only until March 2nd. This is a very customer unfriendly place and now I buy only from the big Ama** store.
I am currently on their chat queue trying to return this item. It has been 10 minutes, even though I am next in line. ”
