“ live very close to this store and this is the only reason why I visit this store. I have a been Home Depot loyal costumer for over 20 years and I have to say, this store (Biscayne Blvd and 123 is the worse store I have ever visited. Most of the time the items that I want to purchase are either misplace or don't have them .If you need 10 items to complete a project there is a good chance they will only have 8 and this is always. If you can find one someone to help you , the answer is usually "we don't have it" rather than to take the time to look for the item they get rid of you by giving you a simple we don't have it . They usually have one rep for every 3 dept isle. Horrible customer service. It can take 30 minute for someone to assist you and this does not guaranty that the attendant would want to help you. The store usually have only two registers open and the self check out. The lines can be very long I have been in line some times for 30 minutes. Then the last straw they have security on the doors checking receipt against every item you purchase , it makes me feel like I am in some third world country.
I have made attempt to talk to the district manager of this store to bring to light my concerns, since I really like home depot as a company and would like management to know of my concerns but he has never return my calls .
This level of service is highly unusual for Home Depot . This is why I take my time to write this review in hope that this store will make correction .”
