Order didnt come,never order from them!!!

"I've ordered from them almost 1 week ago ,but my order didnt come,even i got an email where it says that the order was delivered! i couldnt and i cant track the Order,even i got a training number!! Rubbish site!!! I am still waiting for an answer from them,to tell me where my order is,if not,refund my **** money back!!!"

ik wil mijn geld/ pakketje

"ik heb een pakketje gekocht bij lightinthebox. Toen de uit eindelijke datum voorbij was (November 05, 2017), ging ik naar lightinthebox.com om te vragen waar mijn pakketje bleef, snel kreeg ik antwoord terug: Ons postkantoor melde indien alles vlot verloopt, de pakketten binnen het beloofde verzendingstermijn geleverd worden. Echter bij slecht weer of andere onverwachte situaties kan de levering soms langer duren, meeste pakketten worden geleverd binnen de 38-40 dagen. Uw bestelling werd verzonden op 2017-10-04, het referentienummer is AEL1112702259NL. Deze bestelling zal voor [2017-11-01] geleverd worden, wat de 38 dagen na de verzendingsdatum is. Wegens drukke seizoen is er helaas vertraging gekomen en dat, vond ik niet erg wat ik had daar rekening mee gehouden. maar toen het zo ver was en ik hem toch steeds niet had, stuurde ik ze weer een bericht waar mijn pakketje bleef. Ook nu kreeg ik snel weer antwoord terug:
Onze oprechte verontschuldigingen voor de lange transporttijd, maar we kunnen zoals vermeld de levering niet versnellen tot 3 maanden na verzending. Maak u alstublieft geen zorgen over het verliezen van geld. Als het pakket niet binnen 3 maanden wordt geleverd of als deze wordt geretourneerd, zullen wij u op dat moment een terugbetaling doen. Nou het was 3 maanden geleden dat het verzonden werd maar oke. Dus ik dacht nou ik wacht 3 tot 5 dagen. dus ongeveer 3 dagen later stuur ik ze een bericht dat ik mijn pakketje niet heb en mijn geld terug wil. Zij antwoorden met:
Het spijt ons u mee te delen dat uw pakket een lichte vertraging heeft opgelopen. Omdat uw bestelling verzonden werd via een regulier postkantoor, moet het door verschillende postkantoren en landen getransfereerd worden, wellicht word het ook geopend en gecontroleerd door de douane. Ook slechte weersomstandigheden zullen een grote invloed hebben op de verzendingsduur.

Onze postkantoorverantwoordelijke melde doorgaans dat vertraagde pakketten binnen de 60 dagen geleverd zullen worden. Indien u het pakket niet binnen dit termijn ontvangt zal diezelfde een onderzoek starten.

De kans is hoog dat u het pakket binnen 60 dagen, voor [2017-12-03] zult ontvangen. Kan u aub verder wachten tegen deze einddatum? We betreuren dit lange wachten. Vriendelijk delen we u mee dat we een professionele webshop zijn, de reden waarom we nu meer dan 10 jaar succesvol bestaan, is omdat we veel geven om klantentevredenheid en onze handel respecteren. We zullen onze verantwoordelijkheid dragen omdat u ons heeft gekozen bij het plaatsen van deze bestelling. Verder hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken, als u tegen het aangegeven termijn het pakket nog steeds niet zou ontvangen hebben, kan u een nieuw ticket indienen, wij zullen dan een grondig onderzoeken voeren waar uw pakket is.

Eventueel kan u toetsen bij uw postkantoor, of ze het pakket met referentie # AEL1112702259NL ontvangen hebben. Sommige postkantoren kunnen resultaten verkrijgen voor ontraceerbare pakketjes. Omdat dit een lokale gebeurtenis is zult u via hen sneller resultaat boeken.

Het is toch niet tegeloven: Elke keer als de tijd om is, komen ze met:
Er is helaas vertraging of zo iets. Elke keer weer moet ik langer wacht. Maar nu ben ik het zat: IK WIL MIJN GELD TERUG. OF DAT MIJN PAKKETJE OP NIEUW WORT OPGESTUURD. Daarlijk zijn we een jaar later en dan heb ik of mijn pakketje nog niet of mijn geld nog steeds niet.

Awful shop

"Awful shop. I bought a phone there Xiaomi mi4c that was listed as new. I got a refurbished phone of terrible quality. All IMEI (on phone, on label and box was different, not new screen). I opened the dispute via PayPal and pay shipping cost. After all they add me to black list. So if you like lying and cheating - its your shop!
PS Ha ha. After writing this review, they contacted me and offered $ 30 to remove it - think about whether you want to trust such people.

Waiting

"Hi

We are waiting for order no 25865874. When I log on to the status it says no order has been placed. I am waitinf ro two mobile phones at a total of 325.08 US dollars. I would like a refund if you can't deliver these. In the meantime I woudl recommend not using yoru site to anyone else.

DON'T DO IT!!

"Would never order from this company again - placed order at the end of August and was told up to 18 days - still has not turned up and now they have sent me an email saying that 99% of their parcels turn up in six months!!!!!!!! Crazy - some company is getting rich and probably not even sending the parcels! The tracking stopped on the 4th September in China and the company won't give me an answer as to where my parcel is.......... Absolute ripoffs and terrible service - wish I had read these reviews before ordering."

you have been warned

"I ordered a electric scooter on 17th Sep 2017. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have logged over 9 Cases in there system each on with over 6 replies, each and every case closed with a false promise. The customer care dosent really understand what you are saying. After 51 Days i have been told that my order is now getting cancelled because i cant wait for it.

The website says the shipping time is between 5-10 days and you get excited that you get to use the product soon. All your hopes would crush after 2 weeks but thats not the end of it because you will hope that today may be the day. This will carry on for another 30 days then you may get very angry and start to look for reviews and you will discover review like this one all along warning you of the potential horror that you are about to experience. Have fun

Great!

"I don't have any problem in buying things from the website unlike other buyers and have been buying stuff a number of times. There are many varieties of items in the website and most prices are reasonable. Items are from China though. Money will be refunded or goes into the store wallet if item went missing or is out of stock. It is very easy to contact customer service. There are also different ways of payment and shipping."

shipping...in progress....

"The site has good prices and wide type of products but I'm having a bad experience with shipping.
I ordered an item for about 300€ on 12nd of september, today 6th of november i did not received yet my parcel.
It was supposed to be a traceable shipment with 12-15 day of business days of delivery. I received a tracking number that at beginning was not traceable. I got trace only beginning of October, parcel stuck in Poland for a long time. After claim to customers service they said that the parcel would be send through UK but....after some days it is in Hungary where it is there till today. Supposing that the traceability is right...
Probably they had some problems with the shipping company.
Customers service is following my case and finally gave me at least a supposed date of delivery.
I appreciate their excuses and they gave me two choices: wait for the parcel and receive a compensation for the delay or a complete refund. i chose the first one.
I'll update the review once received the parcel....

Very professional and polite customer service representative.

"I purchased a tablet from their website, and cancelled the purchase 2 hours after I read bad reviews on them. I even paid for fast shipping and was supposed to receive the item after 3 days. No item received after a week. I opened the dispute with PayPal; I received the item in between and contacted the seller they provided me an address where to ship it back; I used the address to ship it back and it's being more than 2 months still no refund and PayPal closed the case in their favor.

In between I got contacted by their customer service supervisor. He said they never received the tablet; but he arranged for me to get a refund. He was very professional, polite and understanding.

"Light in the Box has responded with the following message. I have removed my negative evaluation of 'Light in the Box' and when they have done as they promise I will post a positive review.
An update: This firm has followed through with the refund (as shown in their letter below). I give them credit for paying attention once they are firmly reminded that a dissatisfied customer has power through web sites such as this one. I will add that I did not order the incorrect light bulbs. They have errors in their web page. Regardless they did refund my money and that is what matters. They will be helpful if pushed.
