"I purchased medication for my dog from Joe's Pet Meds. I inadvertently ordered the wrong dosage so contacted them to do an exchange. They instructed me to write "return to sender" on the box I received and put it back in the mail to them to get a refund and order the correct size. I did this and never received a refund to my account. I would never order from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. So now I'm left without the product and less the money I paid for it."
"I just ordered another round of Frontline Plus for our cats. This will be our 4th order with them. It takes a while to receive due to their location; however knowing that I just order a little earlier. They are very reasonable priced and have always come through with my order. No problems thus far. Have recommended them to several people."
