"Called to place an order and asked if they had the item in stock. Was told yes, it would ship in at most a day or two. Within an hour after ordering i received an email stating that my item was awaiting shipment. I received no further notice and six days later called to see what was the matter. Was told the item would be shipped out that day. Next day, no notification. Called again, said they would ship again. At this point it was too late to get the item in time for giving (it was a gift for a friend), and I asked if they could overnight it via USPS. They could not since that wasn't part of their normal process. Cancelled order. Friendly customer service, but otherwise a waste of time."
"02/08/2015 - I placed an order with V2.02/11/2015 - I contacted V2 via email to see if the order was shipped. V2 responded and told me that one of the items was back-ordered and would be shipped in 10-15 business days. I requested that they ship the remaining portion of the order, which they did. 03/01/2015 - I contacted V2 via email again to see if the back-ordered item had ship. V2 responded and told me that the item would not be back in stock for 30 days and they would issue a refund if I requested one. 03//03/2015 - I requested a refund via email.03/05/2015 - V2 contacted me via email and informed me that the back-ordered item would be back in stock between 10-15 business days. I responded via email and requested for a second time that they issue a refund.03/07/2015 - V2 contacted me again re-iterating what they stated on 03/05. I responded via email and requested for a third time that they issue a refund.As of 03/07 I'm waiting for my refund confirmation.My main issue with V2 other than the obvious delays in shipping and their unwillingness to issue a refund, is their lack of communication. If I did not take the initiative to contact V2, I would still be waiting for my order to ship one month after placing the order. I refuse to do business with a company with such poor customer service."
"This review is about V2 customer service, not the products themselves. I was shipped the wrong products in my order. I tried calling customer support (endless hold), I tried emailing them (no response), and their live chat which finally worked after several days of trying to connect. At this point I decided I would rather have a refund than try to get the right products, since this company was starting to seem rather shady.When I finally did chat with a customer support rep, I was told that I should simply mail back the products for a refund. When I asked for a confirmation email to show that V2 is aware of the return before mailing back the products, I was flatly refused. I really hope that they honor their word and refund my money, but given the unresponsive nature of this company I am worried I may have to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Very frustrated and dissatisfied. This is no way to run a business. "
"I have smoked analogs (reg. cigs) since Dec. of 2006. After a few years of trying to quit cold turkey off and on, I decided to look into an easy and safe alternative to smoking. I love smoking as it is a habit that I've grown accustomed to for almost 7 years. However, I was tired of stinky clothes, ashes, ashtrays, having to go outside in sh*tty weather (I live in Ohio and the winters are FREEZING with negative wind chills and the summers are HOT, MUGGY and GROSS). Let's not forget to mention the PRICE of cigs and most importantly - my health. I looked up ecigs but was indecisive but my husband (who was also a smoker of analogs) found V2cigs and that night after looking up videos and reviews for V2cigs, we made an order for the V2 Couples starter kit. We haven't used the free shipping as I'm not a fan of USPS and they ship from FL and we're in OH and I didn't want to wait a week so I ordered through UPS. We recvd the kit in 3-4 days. We ordered peppermint, menthol and vanilla. I LOVE menthol and vanilla - my favorites. Not a huge fan of peppermint but I can tolerate it. I have recently ordered my regular shipment plus the 10 flavor sampler because I was curious to try it out since I loved the menthol and vanilla flavors so much. Sadly, I personally wasn't impressed with all the flavors. The coffee and chocolate were not that great (which is a HUGE bummer because I love BOTH immensely), the mint tea was just gross, the congress (refined tobacco) and reds (American tobacco) were weird tasting; I was SO disappointed! Surprisingly, I LOVE the Sahara (Turkish tobacco) flavored cartridge and will be ordering it in my next order. Overall, my experience has been pleasant, never had any issues. There are some things I would add: new flavors (they only have a total of 10 at this time). Although I only really like 3 out of 10, I would like to have a few more favorites to add to my order list. Also, this may seem petty and it's no reflection off of their products - just my personal preference/wish list but I would LOVE if the atomizers were more... girly, lol. I'm sad that the Vapor Couture which boasts very pretty batteries are totally separate from the V2cigs meaning if I bought a pretty battery from Vapor Couture, I couldn't use it with the menthol, vanilla and Sahara cartridges that I love from V2cigs. I would have to use the flavors they offer and they don't sound appetizing at all to me (Bombshell, Rodeo Drive, Fresh Mint, Passion Fruit, Strawberry Champagne, Arctic Mint)... the names are, quite frankly, idiotic and while some flavors may be similar to some of the V2cigs flavors, the other flavors don't look like they would be my cup of tea and I'm not going to buy their batteries, their charger and their cartridge flavors just to find out that I don't like them - waste of money. I guess I'll have to glue on some rhinestones or paste on glitter on my atomizers to pacify myself for now.Overall, a great company with some flavors I absolutely love, the cost is pretty moderate, no issues as of yet with the products or otherwise, and has helped me and my husband not only save money by NOT buying analogs but we haven't smoked real cigs in over 3 months. They get an A- from us!"
