"The only positive comments on this website are from current or former PCO Employees. Out of the large amount of negative feedback from this business, these 3 positive feedbacks MUST be FAKE. NOBODY has been satisfied with PCO!

"I placed an order with this company. Nothing I ordered was in stock but they guarenteed the price. About a week later they called and said one of the guns I ordered was now in stock. I sent them a check to cover the gun. Then I read many of these dreadful reviews and got scared. I sent emails and didn't get a response. I left messages and didn't get a response. Finally, I threatened legal action and got a response. They said that they were overwhelmed with orders and hadn't found the time to address emails. They also told me the gun had been shipped. A week later it arrived at my FFL dealer. I'll be picking it up today. After everything was said and done, I really have no complaints about them and will order from them again. All that is required is a little patience."

"I placed three orders one 2/25, 26, and 27 totaling just under $1,100. I placed a call to them after about three days or so to check the status as they were all in processing, and I cot through on the first time. She answered my question telling me that the items were on back order(which I suspected since no one has the items I ordered in stock) and they would not charge my credit card until they shipped. Then about a few days later, I received a call from them saying that one of my orders should ship in about three weeks and asked if I wanted to keep the order. I said yes and then that order switched to "Allocated".
According to their website and the person on the phone when I called them,they guarantee the prices stated when you place the order.

So, since they have not charged my credit card yet, and all of the items that I ordered are not available anywhere that I can find, and since they guarantee the prices, I don't mind waiting and I can not complain.

"These people are blatantly ripping people off and getting away with it. I went through the same scenario of the no response from them, on my order. Now they are saying on their web site the company that processes their credit card orders won't release the money. What this is Ladies and Gentlemen, is fraud and they are getting away with it. I can't imagine how much money they have made off this scam. Check the address they give for their web site on Google Earth. NO SUCH PLACE. I am calling the FBI in the morning and hope that all of you do the same."

"Order in "Processing" status for a week, one generic response to email promising a call, then nothing. Online chat "down", phone on website initially allowed a voicemail to be left, but then changed to a generic message saying "sorry, we're busy" and didn't provide an option to leave a message. Website added big banner message saying "sorry, really busy", but then order status changed to ALLOCATED. Charges were made IMMEDIATELY when order was placed on 1/1/2013 and no contact was made to provide option to cancel. Disputed CC charges and bank couldn't get in touch with them either."

"I've had two orders (10/31/2012 and 12/14/2012) credited back by my credit card company. After no communication for months, I was called two days ago (shock!) and they requested that I release my disputes because they're ready to ship. I replied that if they ship I'll pay...no further contact...their website is not available for two days now and BBB has pulled there rating from "F" to re-evaluate."

"I placed an order on 12/18 for an item that was claimed to be in stock and my CC was immediately charged and I received an (automated) email confirmation for my order. After a couple of weeks with no response from the company I tried emailing them and calling them to no avail. All the emails I have sent bounce back and they never answer the phone - it's just a generic message that hangs up after the message is played. I had to dispute the CC charges billed to me. I suspect that the two 5 star reviews on 1/15/2013 and 1/16/2013 are probably written by the owner running this scam as every other reviewer has had the same experience. I seriously doubt that anyone could have a positive experience with this company since they never answer the phone (I've tried calling a bunch of times) and they don't have a valid email address. Another funny thing is that the item I ordered is still listed as in stock on their website."

"Based on my personal experience and the experience that I have seen from others, I believe that this place should be renamed Last Choice Outfitters. It has now been 34 days since I placed my online order with them on December 15, 2012. I received an immediate confirmation by email and that was the last I heard from them. I have sent three email inquiries regarding my order and when I could expect to see it. Nobody has had the courtesy to respond to any of my requests. It's amusing, because I operate a mail order company. If I treated my customers this way, I would be out of business."

"During a time where people are trying to protect themselves and their families especially in the aftermath of what happened in Newtown, CT I was able to easily find necessities to keep my family safe. I know that Personal Choice Outfitters International is super busy but they took the time to help me and find the products I need. I am very new with the use of firearms but their employees were able to help me find the product right for me! I would highly recommend them."

"Like the other buyers here. I made the mistake of purchasing from this company. I have also come to find out they have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company. You will never get through to them via phone. You will get bounced back emails. And their billing # listed on your credit card transaction will go to a disconnected number. I just hope buyers find the reviews here before attempting to purchase from these guys.

"AVOID at all costs! These folks advertise lots of product in stock, but don't appear to have most/any of it. They charge your credit card at order placement time, then leave the order in "Processing" states for weeks with no communication. Forget contacting them, you'll end up back filing a dispute with your credit card company."
