My Mistake, Thier Understanding
"I am doing my first build in a few years and I buy an expensive component that is within the specs of my build, but which is incompatible with one of the other components. I would have known this had I Read The Friendly Manual of said other component. Even though the warranty was replacement only, they took it back as a store-credit return less a small restocking fee. They would have been within their rights to tell me to pound sand. They didn't. They will have my custom henceforth."

"I purchased a PowerColor RX 460 4GB model over a year ago, came DOA. I contacted the Manufacturer and got a new card after 5 monthes, it was also DOA, I sent the card back for replacement, that was 7 months ago. Finally got frustrated and called Newegh to see if they could help. Murriel answered, listened, and genuinely cared and helped with the problem. Murriel contacted them on my behalf and seems to have finally got this resolved and made me feel like I was treated like a person for the first time since starting this entire GPU ordeal.Thank you so much."

"I started buying from NewEgg back when they were EggHead (if I remember). The customer service has always been the main reason I return. I bought Gigabyte GA-AX370 K5 and have had nothing but compatibility and BIOS problems with it. NewEgg arranged for me to return an incompatible Processor (due to the BIOS version), which allowed me to then purchase another processor that I knew would work the board/F1 BIOS. The processor return policy was 'return for replacement only but Newegg worked with me. I was given store credit but that's fine. As I told the rep, I'll spend it eventually.Big thank you! "
