"I have NEVER had a problem with this company. Always received meds in a timely manner and boxes were intact. Now they are no longer online and another company has taken their site. This new company does not sell Comfortis either. The prices with Maak were very affordable. I wish they were still accessible. The new website prices are higher for shorter med lengths.( 3 mos 6 mos 12 mos.) Maak was less expensive for longer periods."

"I found Maak 4 Pets when searching for Nexgard flea/tick meds. They were significantly cheaper, so I ordered. I received confirmation of my order but never got confirmation of shipping. I thought that was a bit unusual, but my order arrived to the US (South Carolina) after 8 days. It was in a bag labeled "Health care samples" which I thought was very odd, and the box of meds was smushed (but the contents were ok). I decided to look up the company again b/c I just had a strange feeling after the "samples" pkg arrived. Boy, was I surprised to see all of these horrible reviews! Glad I didn't look them up before my order arrived... I would've stressed out! I checked my credit card to make sure it was charged properly, and it was. So, all is well with my first order. But I have to admit that after reading all of these terrible reviews I will probably look around for another site with a good deal before I order again. I'm giving them 4 starts b/c I really have no reason not to. But they should work harder to improve customer service, b/c had I not read all of these horrible reviews, I'd be more likely to order again. Right now I feel like I am one of the lucky few whose order they got right. :-/"

"Made an order but did not receive any notification from them however they sure took my money very quickly. I tried calling a week later but got a recorded message that their mail box was full.. I also e-mailed them but no response. Cancelled order via credit card company. Buyer beware!!"
A very shady company
"I ordered on the 3rd, received on the 16th, which is not that bad, but I was led to believe they were shipping out of Texas. It came from the UK, and marked as samples to reduce shipping shipping costs to them. Was in KG instead of LBS. Did they freeze, or get over heated in airmail? Are they any good? I will not know until I try them. I can only hope for the best, because I sure am not going through the trouble of returning a product to a company that lied to me multiple times already. They do not honor their commitment that they promote on their website. I ordered a product that went to 60LBS to meet my dogs needs This indicates that it only goes to 25KG=55LBS. I received no confirmation email. Every time I called their number they were busy, and their voice box was full. I emailed multiple times to no response from them. This is a very shady company, and I will never order form them again."
"This company is a scam and forges delivery documents. I originally ordered pet meds on 5/13/15. After two months, I had not received the delivery and contacted their customer support. As others have indicated they never answer the phone. The next week I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. A few days later, MAAK customer support sends an email indicating they will reship the pet meds. On 8/12/15 I receive notice from my credit card company they are reversing the dispute and put the charge on my bill again. MAAK Enterprises sent a copy of a delivery receipt from USPS indicating proof of delivery back on 5/21/15. The signature was not mine and the tracking number was for delivery to a different city and state. They had forged the delivery documentation. I reentered my dispute with the credit card company on 8/23/15. I never received my order of pet meds and do not plan to deal with a crooked company."
"I have to comment--I have ordered Frontline from them for a few years. I decided that I would go with Comfortis this time. I placed the order 5/20/15 and still have not received it. When I called on 6/12/15 they were quite friendly and said that yes, I should have received my order by now and that they would send out another. So now we are in full swing of flea season and I still have not received my order. I have tried phoning them this time but just got a recording and of course the mail box is full. I have sent them an email and the outcome will determine if I continue to purchase from them or refer any one again.Well I found a surprise in my mail box this afternoon--my order finally came. I just heard back from customer service (responded less than two hours to my email) and they are refunding my purchase and have offered me one year free in the FFM club. I'm not sure that I will order anymore for them but we'll see if the refund comes through.Update--just got my order in this afternoon's mail. Still took along time to get here, but now my cats can get relief from fleas. Thanks,"
"Wow I am so surprised at all these reviews upset about the customer service dept?! The only complaint I have is that it did take I think 2 days to receive a response but the woman I spoke with was soo nice, re shipped without hesitation and was very pleasant to deal with."
"Please beware of this company. They will scam you if given the chance. I ordered trifexis, entered my debit card information, received confirmation, and wondered why they did not request the veterinarians prescription. ?? So I waited awhile, never received the request for pres., and never received the product. Calling does not do any good, they never answer. Emailing I finally received a response, saying they had shipped out the merchandise, but would send out the merchandise again. Would I please send back the first order, letting them know when received, they would send me a shipping label. I never received any merchandise. Had to cancel my debit card which is what my band advised. The bank got my refund back, received my new debit card. Then, a couple weeks later received a brown envelope from them, had to sign for receipt, and inside was the original paper order of original order. Thought this was quite strange..... Then today, my bank called saying the company is stating that I received and signed for the merchandise, and was trying to debit my account. Major scammers!!! I am so disappointed that they would go to all this trouble to scam people!! Crazy!! BEWARE!!!!"
"I am disappointed with the order because it is not what I have ordered. I tried to call and I was asked to leave a message and then It told me their message box is full; the line went dead.I like to speak with someone to correct my order, if not I am going to retract my payment."
"My first order went ok. The second I never got it and they kept saying we had the wrong address. After 3 attempts to get it, told them to just cancel and give me my money back and they did. Decide not to deal with this company. Today , after year later they tried to take my credit card number and apply it towards something. I will not open the email due to haven't had any dealings for over a year, with them. My card had just been change to a new number and that kept me from dealing with them It can be a real pain and time wasted on the type of service. The renewal should and have not been in effect for over 1 year. They promise me free items for their mistakes and never saw them either."
"Ordered Trifexus for my dog. Item never delivered. Contacted the company who stated they would reship the item. Never received. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Maak then shipped me an empty envelope, return receipt requested that weighed 1 ounce and used that signed slip stating it was received. When I contacted Maak again, they stated the credit was issued and they were charged $35 dollars chargeback. Credit card company states Maak and they have declined the request for credit. Biggest rip off. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!! I will be filing a small claims in court "
"I was a little skeptical of Maak but they came through. I didn't realize it would take 17 days from the time it shipped to get to my door. For some reason I thought it was coming from CA not the UK. Really my only complaint is their telephone service. If they are never going to return a call then don't make your phone number available. The emails are very prompt and I appreciated that. Yes I will gladly order from them again and no the company did not ask me to write this review. Believe me, if the order had never arrived my review would have been different."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid.they charged my card. Never delivered, never answered the phone. I did get email replies.They said my items were shipped via 1st class mail with no tracking from overseas (e.g. bootleg or grey-market) on March 27 2014.When I complained to my CC company they contested and sent in a USPS tracking to prove it was shipped on May 6th, no march 27. But their tracking had another persons name and the delivery address was cropped out. My bank did nott buy that story but it was a hassle of paperworkIf you love you pet buy from a reputable vendor. do not risk bootleg or grey-market.... that is if you even get delivery"
