They LIED to me - Item not even in stock!
"Their sales and customer service departments have no problem lying to you. I placed an order for a professional $1500 lens on a Wednesday providing that I would receive it on the following Friday as I needed it for an international trip. The salesperson John assured me it would be there. They had no problem taking my $$. Never got a tracking #. Then I called on Monday and the CSR assured me it would be there by Friday. The Customer Service people don't pick up the phones... I would wait between 15-30 minutes each time! Still, no tracking number. Then I called again Tuesday and was AGAIN assured that it would be there by the next CSR. Still, no Tracking #. On Wednesday I called again to be assured by 2 CSR agents I spoke with that it WOULD BE THERE! No tracking #. I called Thursday (since Friday was the NEXT day and I still had no tracking number). First I waited 13 minutes to have Customer Service finally pick up the phone - I told her my order # and she hung up on me! I called again and after 38 minutes of waiting, they disconnected me. Then I called a third time, this time to the billing department. Joseph picked up and told me he would run down to the warehouse and check and call me back. At least he did what he said he would do, but he came back to inform me that they DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!!! I now had ONE day left to get my lens so I cancelled my order, went to Cameta.com and bought the same lens for less money but I had to fork out $55 for next day shipping to CA. I lost HOURS of time dealing with Fumfie and they obviously do not care about their customers. If I did not have the extra $$ in the bank I would have really been screwed since it takes several days for them to return the money they took. Broken promises and lies from their sales and customer service department is not how to run a business. I will NEVER call them again. "
"Very poorly run company in all regards. Low integrity, and no professionalism whatsoever. They don't care if you have a $20 order or a $2000 dollar order, it makes no difference. I had a very expensive order and kept getting the run around. Customer service is abysmal and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. You can expect to be on hold for an hour sometimes, and even more awesome is when you are on hold for an hour and then you get their automated message saying that they are now closed. Make sure you call them more than an hour before closing time in case you are on hold for an hour because otherwise they will just slam the door in your face just before you are about to speak to someone.Fumfie will waste lots of your time and their shipping estimates are a joke. I have no idea how this company has any good reviews whatsoever. They estimate 5-8 "working" days for your order....which is sort of true because no one there is ever working!If someone tells you that your order is in the shipping department about to get picked up by fed ex, ask them to send you a picture because they are probably lying.Their email support is totally dysfunctional also. For example right now when you try to contact them through their website it says "server is down". You can't call them and can't email them and of course they close at noon on Friday and are closed for the weekend.Maybe it is best I never get my order because there will probably be something wrong with it anyway. I suspect that it wont be long before Fumfie goes out of business and I am sure they will take alot of customers money with them."

"I was skeptical of there stock after I saw some bad reviews , ive had issues getting a hold on a new gh5 , my preorder got canceled thru bnh, androma said my PayPal wouldnt go thru, but i used it at fumie, panasonic gh5 delivered in 2 days when no-one else has it in stock, i will consider them in the future , i buy a lot of high equipment as a video engineer"

Terrible return experience and customer service
"I purchased a brand new Nikon D7100 with 18-140 Lens. When I received them, the camera seal was broken and everything inside the box was loose. The lens came in a white box instead of Nikon's usual gold box and was clearly used or refurbished. After RMA representative shouting at me about their product being new, I received permission to return but I had to pay for the return. They received the camera and refused to issue refund. I called and emailed many times for 35 days but they ditched me until I said I will dispute with my credit card company. I received my refund 35 days after they received the camera."

"Due to some reason our credit card needed to be verified and so our shipment was delayed. My husband however was leaving the country and needed the camera with him. At no extra cost to us, Fumfie sent the camera and the lens by overnight shipping"

"Fumfie listed the camera that I wanted as in stock but they didnt have any. After submitting my order, I saw that you have to call them to complete the order. When I did this, they tried to upsell me for another camera and accessories. When I said I only wanted the camera ordered he then said we are out of that camera. He was polite and they did cancel the order but its not a great way to do business."
