I will never order from any of these companies again ever."

"I mailed an order in in April for $207.47 and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE OWNER HANGS UP WHEN I CALL (WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING - THE COWARD!) OR HAS SOMEONE IN HIS OFFICE ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN TELL ME THAT I HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I AM CONTACTING THE MASSACHUSETTS BBB, THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND THE LOCAL POLICE IN THE AREA OF THE EXPRESSIONS.COM OFFICE. "

"I ordered a gift on 7/8/16 and it is still backordered. I have e-mailed customer service 6 times asking for a status update with absolutely no response. I called in mid August and they assured me the item would be shipped the following week. And still nothing...... It is now the end of September."
