"Words cannot describe just how idiotic this site is. I ordered a RoadPro briefcase on March 4th, 2013. Today, it is May 9th, 2013, and I'm still hassling and back-and-forth e-mailing them to try and get my money on the right card. They have ZERO customer service; they say their live chat is the fastest way to do it... Last I checked, I don't recall never being very fast. It took over a month for me to never receive a product that was in stock, and now over a month to get the funds back on the right card. They don't even deserve the one star I gave. If you are reading this, STOP NOW AND TURN BACK: SAVE YOURSELF MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE; DO NOT SHOP HERE."
"I really agree that they are really really absolutely terrible. I ordered 20X 90050N keyboard on 12/3/12, and they dropped my order till I found 3 weeks later. Then they finally shipped 18 pcs on 1/8/13, and didn't notify me that they short ship 2 pcs. Also, on their order records on line, it shows they shipped 20 pcs. Till I emailed their Sales Dept, 4 days later they finally replied me and admitted they only have 18 pcs to ship. Then ask me if I'd like to wait or want to cancel the 2 pcs. Of course, I chose to cancel it and get refund. But it's been more than a week, I still don't get the refund even I keep sending them several emails and ask them to email me the refund receipt. They totally ignore me. Such a terrible customer service, no wonder they don't even leave a phone# for their customers on their website. I believe that must have lots of disappointed customer as me really want to call them and yell at them.... Don't even want to give them any star, they don't deserve any of it. Definitely, I won't give them any business any more, and will tell all of my friends about my bad experience from this online store."
"Absolutely terrible. I ordered a wine cellar to be shipped before Christmas, I had to email them 3 times before I got a response. Make sure the subject of your email sounds very urgent and irritated unless you won't get a response. They told me the item was out of stock and would express ship it the following week free of charge. Well, I had to email them again 2 weeks later asking about my order, and it was still out of stock. So I just canceled it, and let's hope they actually refund my money.All in all, do not ever use them. "

"Terrible. First I had to email ten days after my order date to ask the status. Then I was told there was a warehouse issue, but they would get it shipped out that day for 2 day delivery and email me the tracking number that day. 2 days later, I finally received the tracking number, and it shipped that day, 2 days later. When I received the product, it was shipped in the shabbiest box I have ever seen. My product was in another box inside of that box, and the product box had been opened. "
"I've had a successful but challenging time ordering with electotronics. I ordered a large quantity of one item. Only a third of them shipped. I was told the rest would be in stock in a couple days and I should get the 2nd shipment within a week. Nothing showed up 30 days later so I contacted them by email, received an autoresponse that they would contact me 24-48 hours later but they never did. I then chatted with live support and they promised the part was in stock and I would receive all by the end of the week. I contacted them 4 days after that (again by chat), and they said it was shipping that day, but they could not give me a tracking number. They did contact me a day later with tracking numbers and even followed up again when the packages were delivered."
"This must be a fly by night company as like everyone else says-I ordered ZLine Cruiser High Boy TV stand ZL583-36SU which they said they had in stock!! About 3 days later I got 1 email from them saying they did not have the item and it might be discontinued!!! But 10 days later they were still saying they had it in stock on their website!! I also ordered a few little cables at the same time and the freight on the cables alone went from $4.50 to $16.08 even though it weighed less than 2 pounds!! And like everyone else says---it is DAMN near IMPOSSIBLE to contact these people!! The live chat is worthless and they don't answer emails and NO FREAKIN phone number!!!! This is 2012 and any legitimate business should have a PHONE number and somebody to check and respond to emails hourly!! VERY sorry customer service for sure!! "
"I fell compelled to write this review as I have never been treated so "personally" by an oline company before. I ordered something that was unfortunately found to be out of stock AFTER I had input all my credit card information. Someone got back to me immediately by e-mail and informed me that my order would not be billed unless I would like to purchase the same item but in a different color. Unfortunately the item was color specific and I could not substitute. Further e-mails letting me know that my order had indeed been cancelled and doing all this so efficiently and respectfully....I am to say the least impressed and would NOT hesitate to do business with such a "hands-on" online business. Just an amazing company and so happy that I stumbles upon it so that I could order from them again in the future without a worry. I can honestly say it was a PLEASURe to do business with you even though it did not result in a sale for you....you treated me as if I spent thousands of dollars. Kudos to you!!!! Thanks again!"
"I ordered 2 inflatable life vest form them and later received an email saying that they had made a mistake and that the product was not in stock but they had ordered another shipment and they were due on 12-23-11 and all orders would be shipped within 3 days after that. Well my money was taken out of my account 2 weeks ago but I still haven't see my life vest. I can't get any reponse through there live chat or email. This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them."

"After lengthy email correspondence with the customer service at Electotronics, I received the product and as compensation for a shipping mix up they refunded my shipping costs. They were not the fastest but absolutely delivered on their word. I would order again."

I've emailed, no answer...can't find any phone numbers, it says Click for Live Support, but there's no hyperlink. I really needed these items as my husband is on the road! Paid over $23 to ship and still nothing :(!!!!!!!"
