terrible customer service
"I ordered from them over two weeks ago. did receive a confirmation and an order #. tried to contact them through email and also through "online chat" which is useless. no response from either. BUYERS BEWARE. I will not use this website ever again. not even sure if I will receive my order after reading reviews."
Regretting choosing this company

"Im generally very careful about who I deal with online, however Im pretty desperate to replace my remote for my car starter due to the time of year. I saw they were located in the US so, I put trust in that. I should have taken more time and looked up the reviews, I would never of purchased anything here if I had. I have emailed, no response, I have found there to be no contact number...and just try getting on the site during their live chat times..2-8pm? who does that?! However, Im out $22 and patience.. buyer beware! UPDATE: After my review I promptly heard from the customer service department stating their inventory was incorrect & I would be receiving a refund. As of today, I received my refund in full."

"placed an order with this company eight (8) days ago. They gave me a order number and a tracking number which are no good to me, because you can't get in touch with the company and tracking number does not work because it has been hung up in NJ since the second day. I only want what I paid for."
No updates on order for almost a month, turned out it was backordered
"No communication from this business. I had to chase down an order update after not response to email, etc. When I finally reached someone on the weird chat hours, I was informed it was backordered and likely be another week before they could ship. "

"I purchased 2 items from their website on the 18th of August after several weeks I contacted them and they stated they forgot to tell me that it was on backorder but it was in stock and would ship shortly. After a few more days the item never shipped I ask for a refund now it's been over six days and I still haven't got my money back. I'm beginning to think these people are thieves. And by the way they have no working phone number to their website only a live chat that I have yet to catch open. I guess I'm going to have to sue them to get my money back very very dissatisfied with this company."
""UPDATE"" SLOW AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Update: The customer service of the website contacted me and offer to let me keep the item I received for free plus one free gift. At least they do something to apologize the problem.I ordered two items from the website but I did not receive any shipping notification after the order was placed for 3-4 days. I emailed them but it takes another 4 days for them to get back to me and I was informed that one of the item is back-ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting, I decided I don't want to wait for anymore and emailed them to request to cancel the order. It takes another 7 days for them to respond to the email and they told me that my order has been shipped completely. However, I only got one of the items I ordered but not the one that was back-ordered. I emailed them again and it took another 7 days for them to respond the email again!!! They told me that the missing item is still back-ordered. REALLY??? THEY DON'T TELL ME THAT MY ITEM IS STILL BACK-ORDERED UNTIL I ASK THEM ABOUT IT AND PRETEND THE ENTIRE HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND COMPLETED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! "

"I ordered on May 31st, '16. Payment posted 3 days later and it's been 3 weeks and Not able to reach anyone by phone, LIVE CHAT, or emails there were no tracking numbers for my item. Contacted the BBB and hoping for a response As i completed the grievance, 'lo and behold the LIVE CHAT was up and running! I had an opportunity to talk with an online rep and my grievance was quickly resolved! I don't know if this was a coicidence or not but I was very pleased and very satisfied. I was told i would still recieve the item i ordered..and given a refund on my credit card.. I will have to wait and see if the cord comes in now, but I did tell the rep I would edit/remove my review..As my word goes..they did try to help me resolve my issue.. Just wished i could've gotten ahold of them sooner so it didn't lead to this, Not bad customer service just very late customer service. "

Wanting my Christmas gift
"I ordered a tackle box for my husband on 12/18/2015. I contacted them January 8th and was told my order would be shipped in a week and they would expedite it. I never received anything stati g it was on back order. I contacted again after the week had passed and was told my order might be to them by the 8th of February. This was my husband's Christmas I knew it wouldn't show up on time but almost 2 months later assuming if they even get it in stock is ridiculous!!!! I too wish I would read this page"
"Guess I should have read here first....Placed order on Dec 8, 2015. Now as of Jan 6, 2016 I have had no other response and the order is still showing a status of "order received". No phone number on the site, and of course the "live chat" is dead, all day during business hours. I submitted a message via their "contact us" page and got nothing but an automated email stating it was received. Later today I Googled and got a phone number but it just goes to a voice mail. Then found these results here.... Not sure how to cancel the order other than dispute it with the bank, but guess I'll give them a couple days to reply to my inquiries. We'll see..."
"This place listed a monitor in stock, I ordered it on 12/7/15. No tracking number... on the 17th I got an email saying they had a small backorder and I would get my tracking number in 24-48 hours. It is now the 29th without another word from this scam act!I emailed them a bunch of times and haven't gotten anything back. My 13 year old got cheated on his big gift this year! NEVER TRUST THEM! They are a SCAM!"
"We ordered a CB radio on 9-6-15 received still to date no CB received. Of course they sent a email about their office being closed for holiday for the 16&17th which is 10 days after my order. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. They seem based on other reviews to no concern for their customers. I'm going to cancel my order that husband placed email@example.com. TELL EVERYONE THIS IS A AWFUL COMPANY WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS NONEXISTENT!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I ordered a sirius satellite antenna and actually forgot about it for a three weeks. I went back though my email to get a tracking number and realized there wasn't one in my confirmation email. I sent them a message on their site became couldn't find a phone number and have had no response. It's been over a month now and I have nothing. They suck, and apparently the do this to everyone."
