"Online at Walmart found $10 bracelets for $1.90. I add 15 in my cart only to find that my shipping is $45!!! If I reduce it down to 1 (one) than the shipping remains the $2 and change but every time you add quantity it adds an additional charge to EACH item. So I went straight to their site, the bracelets are $3.99 each plus $2.80 shipping.... So obviously I'm going to pay way more here but towards product instead of shipping. Do you research before buying everyone. This is a sad scam!"

"I ordered a phone case 2 weeks ago and after 2 phone calls and 2 emails I still don't have it. No customer service whatsoever. I wanted my money back but they keep saying it's already shipped. Tracking says it's in the same place for 4 days. It's past the max 11 days shipping and I am still told it's on its way. Stay away from this company."

"I ordered a new battery, eForcity sent me a used cell battery with visible scratches and sealed with scotch tape! Buyers beware! I place the order through Newegg and their customer service is just as bad. News flash, always order through WalMart because you return the item to their store."

"Zero stars! Ordered an iPhone 6 screen cover from eForCity through Walmart.com at $3.99. Received wrong sized item which won't fit my phone. Finding their return policy was not easy. Their emailed response requested I send my iPhone model number and my carrier, the SKU # on the package of the wrong item they sent me and a photo of the item. Inconvenient, and I chose not to send in my cell model # and carrier, I just want refund, I know it's not the correct screen in which I ordered and any other business which cares about customer service would not duspute this. So then I get a reply email stating because of my non-cooperation, it's a "Special Return" and they want the original shipping package, the small plastic bag it came in which is long gone in the trash and like 5 or more other things/steps. Plus, they have a 15% restocking fee and right to refuse any returns. Well, with the restocking fee and the cost to mail it back plus the time, frustration and inconvenience, I'm just not going to bother with it. I'm sure this is what they want. Terrible for business. I'm going to let Walmart know and review wherever I can so buyers know. Horrible experience. It's not about the $3.99, it's about their lack of customer CARE. "
Bad Return Policy
"Should have read these reviews before ordering with this company. I ordered two t-shirts and tried to EXCHANGE them for a larger size. I did not want my money back, only wanted to exchange them for a larger size! I never took the tags off the shirts. I still have the original packaging. "I purchased an LG G6 cell phone wallet type case and a power cord. They delivered a wrong products.on the site, the no reason is needed for returning is posted.But they asked the reason first. That took couple more days.Then in the next email, instead of guiding me how to return the product, they wrote me a bunch of their policies, this and and that, the restocking fee 15%, shipping cost etc. it made me feel that they are making the returning process unnecessary harder to follow, i.e. they simply do not want customers to return the products.DO not buy anything from this site. Absolutely nothing. It is a ****. "
"I ordered a battery for my camera and a charger. They sent the correct battery, but the wrong charger. They kept insisting it was correct until I sent a picture. They sent a postage paid mailing label, I sent everything back and never heard from them again after sending numerous emails. I informed Newegg and was issued a refund. "

"Tried to buy a Wii sensor bar that was supposed to be delivered but was not due to the mail carriers. Anyway, it was less than 3 dollars but I never received the sensor bar nor my money back 4 months later. When trying to contact them I get the run around and told that they have yet to receive the package back...really?!?! "
worst company I have ever dealt with
"I ordered a watch threw walmart.com and was quit pleased with the fact I got free two.day shipping as I would need this watch next monday for a bday gift. But then to my surprise I receive an email saying soemthing quit different! My watch will now be here March 16!!! I check my walmart app and sure enough now my apps tracking on my product is march 23 I reach out to eForcity today about this as this product was OFFERED to me at the time of check out with free Two day shipping and if it was not to be here by the 13 I would have never ordered it. They were nothing but rude and offered no help on this matter they will not honor the date promised and continue to tell me they are not walmart and they do not do the two day shipping!!! Then why was it an option at the check out is what I want to know!!! I can tell you this I will NEVER purchase another item from this company again this is bad business!!!! Worst customer service experience I have EVER had!!! "
Bogus return policy
"I bought an item through Walmart but filled by eForcity. I emailed them but no answer. The item, a small one was blister packed so I had to cut open the package. I tossed away the packaging and they won't accept a return without it so says their policy. It's broken and was from the beginning. It's not worth repairing as it's a $10 item. I don't see why they wouldn't send a replacement and just have me toss this one away ? Why did they not reply to my email ? Since Walmart is involved I will contact them."

"Ordered a power cord for my dell laptop. They took my money, supposedly sent it to the wrong city, blamed it on me giving wrong address (I went back and checked and I DID give them the RIGHT address) they sent me an email stating that they would resend product once it "bounced back" to them. I waited longer than I did for when it was originally "delivered". I again emailed them for either the product or my money back. They then sent me an email stating that I provided the wrong address and there is nothing further they can do. So they have not only the product, but still have my money. They are lying thiefs! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order through Walmart and Walmart refuses to accept culpability stating I have to deal with these clowns. These clowns say I was wrong so I dont get the product or my money back..... BUYERS BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM WALMART THAT THESE ARE NOT THE VENDOR PROVIDING THE PRODUCT. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!"
