Got extra discounts and upgraded shipping for all my problems. I am very thankful to the outcome. I love my mat that I bought for a Christmas present. It was beautiful."

"I ordered 2 items and received my package in about a week. One item was perfect, the other was not what I ordered. I sent an email and within a week I had the item I was missing. I have no complaints about how this was handled. I will order from Zazzle again!"
Buyer Beware - When things go wrong, Zazzle gets going
"After 2 hours on a chat line to let them know that my order was not filled properly, they said they will fix the order and re-order the missing items, but that they will not guarantee delivery on time. These are Christmas gifts! The orders (over $300 of t-shirts) were placed in more than enough time for Christmas gifts. The mistake was theirs (they sent 1/2 my shipment to the wrong customer). Yet they can't seem to get their act together to expedite the order to guarantee fulfillment!!! When I asked to speak to the head of Customer Service they offered to email me. When I said no, I actually wanted to speak to the person in charge, it took 20 minutes for them to agree to have "someone" call me back in 1-4 hours! Still waiting on the call back. They are a good company to order from as long as nothing goes wrong. When it does - Abandon all hope!!!"
Great resource, editing tools somewhat clunky for some products, but great end results
"I enjoy the ease of creating products using our own photos and designs. The editing tools are a bit clunky to work with. Placing photos, for example, requires a bit of guess work as the image adjusts after you release the cursor. Another example is text placement: in cards, the text keeps auto adjusting font size and placement and it is difficult to over ride unless you cut and paste again. The tutorial is a long video with helpful tips but the site should also offer ability to replay at 1.5x so it's less time-consuming to review tips. The content review team has rejected a product of mine which di not contain copyrighted or TM material, slowing down my receiving the product. Maybe it's an AI program that needs a human review before the product is pulled from production. And calls to customer service (early Dec, so quite busy for all retailers) required v long hold times BUT were handled professionally and people were very helpful. So, all of that said, overall I am Very Happy with end product and ability to create this way. I highly recommend Zazzle. Production and mailing do take a while."
"Hi I have had a horrible experience with Zazzle! I feel cheated!! I spent 222.84 AUD on the gift wrapping sheets!!! They have mentioned clearly on your website foiling and matte finish...but they have sent glossy sheets with zero foiling..this is normal printing, its glossy not matte and there is NO foiling on ANY of the sheets!!!I need my money back!!! this was a total rip off! I cant use these sheets at all..as they look really bad.We wanted this for a big project and if this worked we would have bought in much larger volumes but this has come across as a huge disappointment."

Delays, poor customer service
"I placed an order to be delivered Dec 4-6. On the 5th, it was still not shipped. Called customer service, wait times to talk to a person are long. People who answer the phone have no access to any information, so it doesn't even matter if you talk to them. They can't tell you why your item wasn't produced on time or if it will be completed by a new deadline. I was given an email address, but emails are responded to in 1-3 days. This is entirely useless if you are trying to find out if a package will be delivered in the next 24 hours. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Literally, there is no reason to pay people to answer the phone and say 'The production team will get to it when they get to it". They offered no way to fix the problem and no way to take responsibility for it. I still do not know if the order will ship, or when, or if I will receive it before my deadline. They were sadly not proactive in ensuring that I was informed that it might be late or that it would be late and by how long and what I could do about it. It has currently been 8 business days to produce an item their website still says will take 2-3 business days to produce. "

Is there business not printing?
"Years ago I discovered Zazzle and was very impressed. Now? Not so much! I have placed 5 orders and still do not have a decent business card to speak of. The printing didn't reach the edges, there was a halo effect around my logo, a filter was added that I didn't choose etc.. My last package never arrived and was said to have been delivered to our office/Concierge which we do not have here in our community. Why? Zazzle always gives me a refund or remakes the cards so I continue to use them because I have so much credit. The responses from customer service are canned and the same every time. Clearly, no one thinks for themselves there. Where's the quality control? A lot of my questions are not answered with specifics. They're the same answers for different questions. I think they've gotten bigger than anticipated and don't know how to handle the volume. Quality over quantity. I've wasted so much time & money with Zazzle that paying premium prices is becoming worth it!"
