Very disappointing as a first time customer
"Placed an order, received confirmation and realised there was an error - contacted them immediately and thevnext day a customer service agent (bizarrely with the job title 'customer hero'!) told me i had 1 hour from ordering to modify it all by myself online so i had run out of time and the system was automatic and cant be stopped!!!"

"For ages, people have been saying, "The things I do for love." There are even songs with these lyrics. I attempted to have this printed on a mug from Zazzle. Zazzle refused stating that this quote is from the Game of Thrones. IMO, Game of Thrones borrowed this line from millions of people having said it throughout the ages. Yet, we now cannot have it printed on a simple coffee mug. What next, ZAZZLE? Is "Winter is coming" now copyrighted - something we've said for ages to others? GRR borrowed a good deal from Tolkien and others, including things we say in everyday life. And now we can no longer use what we have for ages? I ask again, what next, ZAZZLE? You know nothing."

"Ordered the item on 30/11/17 and yet they refused to take responsibility until 19/12/17. The company is a scam, avoid this company at all cost. Especially stay out of the way for Xmas. Otherwise, you will end up like me, no Xmas present for your special love one. Absolutely disgusting, this company should be banned from doing business."

Lack of customer service, shady business practices, and hassle to delete account
"I've been having a hard time simply deleting my account after they made unauthorized charges for a zazzle black membership, and am still waiting for some kind of confirmation that my account has been deleted.It started when I received a "welcome to zazzle black" email after having not logged into my account for months. When I actually do try to login, my info won't work and no matter how many reset password links they send me, i can't login at all.Anyways, I had cancelled that service back then after receiving terribly slow service (all i ordered was a mug and it took forever to arrive). When I submitted a complaint to support they claim its an auto-renewal. How the do you auto-renew an account that was cancelled? I also cant login to my account no matter how many password reset links they send to me.I think they don't bother sending confirmation emails when you cancel that service just so they can scam you a year later and claim they're auto-renewing the membership that you cancelled.If you have no proof of the cancellation they can makeup any story they want. I would stay away from zazzle and always make sure you have alerts setup with your bank so you can keep a lookout for unauthorized or fraudulent charges from shady businesses."

"Was looking for a unique mug as a gift. Totally surprised to find the mug with the Texas gulf coast, specifically Port Isabel, TX. This location was a favorite of an Aunt who can no longer travel. She was delighted."
