Stay far away from Yoyo.com - Terrible supply chain/customer service
"Ordered a Duplo set for my daughter for Christmas, opened the box on Christmas Eve to find a men's anti-aging cream in the box, and no Duplo set. Contacted customer service, got an ?indian that barely spoke English, clearly reading from a cue card. Told me they had no move of the Duplo set, if I return the men's aging cream, they would credit me for the Duplo set that I paid for but never received. Like maybe a credit for a future purchase, the customer service rep didn't understand the question. AWFUL, stay away from this company working out of someone's garage."
Cancelled hatchimals order. Suppose they could get more for it because it's the hot toy this Christmas. Jerks!

"I placed an order for a hatchimal, they said it was in stock, I payed for it with a credit card and hit submit. I received a confirmation email stating they received my order and my expected delivery date. The following day I receive another email that they have canceled my order and that they didn't have my item in stock. I called and was given a bogus excuse and explanation. I do not recommend them nor will they ever have my business again! This company used a toy that so many kids are hoping to open on Christmas morning to lure people to their site! I hope everyone who reads this chooses another company to do business with!"
Very Poor Service!
"I ordered fitbit bracelets almost two months ago and have still not received them. I'm writing this review to let everyone know that this company has no rules apparently and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. After reading all the reviews from other customers, their star ratings seem to be a little off. There are far too many negative reviews for this company and they are claiming to have high star ratings. The reviews seem a little fishy to me! I wonder if they pay people to give good reviews? I ordered from Amazon.ca and on there, they have a 4 star rating which I think is bogus. The majority of the reviews I read were for orders that did not show up on time, or, some didn't even show up at all. How can you have a four star rating when it seems you can't deliver your product on time? Yes some customers "claim" to have received a refund, how do we know that this is real? In my opinion, their customer service is very bad and they should work on this instead of allowing their customers to suffer! I will give one star only because I want to trust that they do honor customer refunds."

Here's a summary of my experience.- Found product on their website; good price but not in stock.- Via website, requested e-mail notification when product was in stock.- Several day later, received 'in stock' notification; ordered product that day.- Received ordered products in 2 days.Smooth from start to finish. 5 Stars!"
"DO NOT USE FOR GIFTS!!!! This site does not have any exchange features in the event the gift you give does not work out. They will refund the purchaser's credit card which still leaves the child without a usable gift. They would receive ZERO starts if that were an option. "
"Our first order fr YoYo, and it couldn't have gone better. Now that the big sales are over I was having trouble finding any decent price break on Wii U's. Even the used ones on eBay seemed to be overpriced. YoYo had the exact bundle my daughter wanted and had a $50 discount coupon that they applied automatically. Free 2 day shipping but we actually got it the next day. We are very happy with YoYo, though I was almost disappointed that the box didn't contain a bag of dog food! :-)"

"WOW! is all I have to say! I ordered the skating Anna and Elsa dolls for my twin daughters Saturday around 8:00 pm. (Husband went shopping black Friday couldn't find them anywhere) I was shocked when the box arrived at my door 5:45 pm Monday! The price was only a few dollars more than a big box store but the difference? I didn't have to fight any crowds and they actually had them in stock!WONDERFUL! highly recommend! "
"This merchant has good prices for toys. They let you know promptly by email of an estimated delivery date and when the product is shipped. Order time to delivery is timely."
"I will NEVER order anything from YoYo.com EVER. I placed an order for my son's power wheel Dune Racer on April 19th. I went to investigate why I haven't received the item and it says delivered. I call customer service and they have no clue where it was delivered to. I am a mad mom with a little boy wishing for his racer. Never again. BUYERS BEWARE 2 DAYS FOR SHIPPING. Wihoo!Yeah - it's December 23 now and my kids' gifts won't be here until December 26 - some as late as December 28. Yoyo.com didn't ship the order when they said they did - they didn't even have some things in stock! And they did not use two day shipping - this is ground shipping from the other side of the country... it would take a black hole along the way to get here in two days. This company is certainly not practicing google's creed of "do no evil".Yoyo.com is claiming that there are issues with the carrier (FedEx), while FedEx is claiming that everything is scheduled for an on time arrival of 12/26 and 12/28 - um, that would be a delayed arrival unless yoyo.com didn't really give me 2 day shipping.... ahhhh... guess we know who's really to blame here. FedEx is on time and delivering according to the schedule Yoyo.com asked for, which is not the same one Yoyo.com promised me. Thanks asshats. You can have the gifts back. "
