"I have never delt with a company whos customer service sucked so bad. I ordered a package deal in November for Christmas, and I still have not received all of it. Keep in mind today is January 27th. I have made 8 phone calls and spent approximately 5 hours on the phone just trying to get what I paid for 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Wouldn't advise buying here, placed an order NEVER received a confirmation or anything showing order #. Cancelled a few hours after placing order. They sent me 2 consoles, ordered 1 (but cancelled few hrs later) I called them and told them about their error. Said I would get a credit if I sent them back, (was charged for 1) sent them back and was charged for shipping because I didn't cancel 1 yr after ordering, if I knew I was going to be charged 24.95. I would have kept the unit they sent in error, they outright lied.....let the buyer beware."
"Don't shop at wiishopexpress.com. I wanted to pay with paypal in case there was a problem it would be easier to get a refund. The site wouldn't let me. I asked help. Called paypal. No problems. Paypal didn't have any problems. Payment went through. Today after sending email, got call that their was a problem with my payment. WHAT???? I also paid for same day shipping. What do you think "same day shipping" means? It doesn't mean same day at all. It means that they will move a little faster to get your order done. I think it means that they will collect more money from you. The price I was paying and the difficulty I was having in the beginning made me rethink purchasing from this company. Buyer beware!"
"I'm not impressed. The bundle pricing was fine, but several items came in damaged boxes (like they were used). One set of dumbells was missing any paperwork, one of the controller covers, and it had store electronic theft tags attached - like it had been on display. I asked for replacement parts and still have not heard anything in over a week. I should have just ordered from Walmart or something."
"Don't buy from this store! I had the worst shopping experience at this shop. First of all, their ratings and reviews on their website are bogus. I wrote a bad review on their website to warn other potential buyers and they deleted it. I had purchased a wii bundle for my son as his Christmas present from this shop but it turned out that his aunt got him the same thing so i had to return the one that i bought. I placed the order over the phone and Iwas not informed of the ridiculous return policy that they have--- 15% restocking fee plus $30 shipping fee plus the shipping fee you pay when you ship the wii back. This is regardless of whether or not you open the box or not. When I made the purchase over the phone I wasnt informed of their return policy and they refused to make any kind of exception. I felt cheated and tricked. They claimed 100% customer satisfaction but they make no effort whatsoever to please their customer. This cost me over $100. Stay away from this shop!!,!!!"
