Language Barrier is HUGE
"I ordered a ring for a friend. I filled out the pages to create an account, but they used the recipients number to send notifications about shipping. It was supposed to be a surprise! I have 7 email exchanges with them. The responses were canned with grammatical errors. Then I get notice they were not able to deliver my package. It was a post office and everyone was in back. Will NOT order again"

"Honestly, I'm skeptical of Internet companies. I instantly regretted the amount of money I forked over for this ring which I saw advertised on Facebook. I am a sucker for Facebook ads, but I've never spent over $100 on one. Vancaro has popped up on my timeline many times with pictures of gorgeous, intricately designed rings. Finally, I caved. I HAD TO HAVE this ring. Unfortunately, USPS sent it to the wrong address. It took me a couple of days to recover my ring, but the representatives at Vancaro were with me every step of the way, responding quickly to my emails. When I finally got my ring, I was highly impressed with the quality of the silver and stones. I was also pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. So, if you are looking for an honest review from a real person, this is it. I will be ordering from them again and I encourage you to do the same!"
