"Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email...

Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from.

DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

"My son ordered fender flares for his 93 Chevy K1500, when they arrived, they did not fit. We contacted CS to see if there was a mistake, they said there wasn't, we asked questions and got no real answers and when we returned the items, they stated they were not only going to make us PAY to return the items, but they were going to charge us for the FREE SHIPPING THEY OFFERED IN THE BEGINNING!! REALLY?!?! not to mention they could take up to 20% off the refunded amount to cover "restocking" really people? I requested a manager contact me at least twice and NEVER received a call from them. I will certainly think twice before I deal with this company again. What a rip off, I paid 95 dollars to ship the boxes back and they were going to deduct and additional 95 to cover their "free shipping!?" that is just Bullshit where I come from and I will make sure everyone knows it in the car customizing community here in Southern NV!"

"I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I had the same problems mentioned by others. No confirmation email. No communication at all. After about 3 weeks I started trying to call. Their phone line is always busy. They ignored my first few email. Then finally came back with it shipped we will send you a tracking # by this afternoon. Never got it. A week later I started emailing again. Again ignored at first then they said it going to ship today we will sent tracking # tomorrow. Still no hear from them. ON and on anyway I finally told them to cancel the order and all of a sudden they stop ignoring emails and tell me it shipped yesterday and heres your tracking number. I told them it to late cancel it. They insist I cannot cancel. So I not thru wiht them yet. But horrible experince. Do your self a favor and pay a little more if you have to and order somewhere else."

"Easily the worst experience and worst customer service received, and got charged a restocking fee because they sent me the wrong item, Well that seems fair!
I would strongly advise buying from elsewhere even if it is more expensive, it will be worth it in the long run. truckaddons or trail blazers of kentucky are a horrible company never buy from them!

"I got Shipped the wrong parts. They were not very helpful with the service on fixing this ordeal. Returned wrong parts and was shipped new ones. Later i find out i did not get the money back for $465 of my order. I told them I may have shipped them under one shipping number instead of two but the right tag number were on the items. The returns Manager told me i should learn how to read an email and that there was nothing he could do for me. I have never had such horrible service in my life."

"Never buy from this company! I ordered a soft top for my jeep from their website at www.besttopfactoryoutlet.com or www.truckaddons.com and had nothing but a bad experience. I called in and spoke to Britt on Saturday June 23rd to place my order and explained to him that I needed this top for a trip I was taking on July 12th. He assured me that that would not be a problem, and that I should receive my product by Friday the 29th. It wasn't till Tuesday the 26th that I received a call from Britt explaining that he could not get my credit card to go through. I reread the numbers etc. and asked him to run it again and Britt said it declined again (I don't think he really ran it through again, but I gave hime the benefit of the doubt). So, I hung up with Britt and called my bank. My bank explained to me that no transactions had even been attempted and whatever charge I was making would clear. At this point I called Britt back and left him a voice mail asking him to please run the transaction through again, and left my CC info AGAIN. After about 2 hours I had still heard nothing from Britt so I called back and after being placed on hold for 15 min. (this happens every time you call BTW) I was finally connected to Britt, however the second I said "Hi Britt this is Josh Z." he immediately hung up on me. So, I called back again (waited 15 min.) and explained the situation to the gal that typically answers the phones. She acted like this was no big deal and seemed rather unconcerned that her co-worker would do such a thing. I asked her to run my CC while I was on the phone with her (I know... I should have realized what I was dealing with at this point and said forget it, but I thought the price was too good to pass up.) and surprise surprise It went through. Finally I had somebody slightly competent on the phone (so I thought).

Now here we are on Tuesday July 3rd and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. Out of concern since the date of the trip is getting near I call again (yep! another 15 min hold time) and speak with the same gal the answered the phone before asking why I haven't received a confirmation yet. She explains that my item will not be shipped till the 18th, and will have to be shipped from CO (where I'm at) to KY and back to CO. I explained to her what Britt had promised me, and also how he said the shipping would be quick because the top is right here in CO already. She had no concern what so ever. No apology, or conciliation at all. I told her I would have to cancel my order to which her response was "thats fine you can do that." So thats what I did. Now here I am waiting on my refund and a sworn oath to keep others from having to deal with this company.

Today I reordered the top from Matthew at www.4wheelonline.com, and even at such short notice they will get the top to me by Monday July 9th. (Its being shipped to me form KY BTW, and no there is no affiliation between companies) At this point I have nothing but praise for this company and it was a true pleasure dealing with Matthew after having to deal with the people over at truckaddons.com, but that is for a future review upon receiving the product, but so far so good!

Melissa and her supervisor Randy are very rude and unprofessional when I told them I was going to file complaint with my credit card it it wasn't resolved today. "If I could give this company Zero stars, I would. I purchased a truck tonneau cover from them and found it was damaged. The trucking/shipping company denies damaging the product. Truckaddons says they have no liability since there was no additional shipping insurance purchased. The company (TruckAddons) will not do anything to resolve this issue other than to deny any responsibility. BUYER BEWARE! "
