"I’ve been searching for an appropriately sized, “new type” foam bed for my girlfriends 110lb mixed breed elderly dog. “Treat a Dogs” huge size & features was the one. Upon completing my order; I realized I had forgotten to enter the advertised 50% off code. I e-mailed customer service explaining the same. Within hours, representative Michelle Figueroa had e-mailed me back to say - Yes, they we gladly apply the code / discount. That action is not something that happens nowadays. " I ordered a bed in early February and it's mid-March and I still don't have a replacement. The bed I originally ordered was supposed to be a large and I would barely classify it as medium. The ad picture showed a black lab similar to mine with lots of room so I feel that it was very deceptive too. I'll never order anything from them again."

"Let me begin by saying Hazel Ashford is amazing! I had ordered a bed for my 12 year old golden who had a hip pain. She loves it so much she wouldn’t lay down anywhere but that bed!! However it was only 2 days time that we had it and my 18month old puppy destroyed it! I was so upset- as you know these beds have a hefty price tag. So I emailed and Hazel Ashford responsed, asked for a picture of the product, and within four days I received a new bed! ( today ) free of charge! No other questions asked, no hassle or run around.
