Terrible Packaging, Damaged Figures, and Indifferent Customer Service
"I ordered 6 McFarlene Stranger Things figures from ToyWiz that arrived damaged. The damaged was caused by very minimal packing materials in the box that allowed the figures to shake back and forth during delivery. I contacted ToyWiz customer service who responded with a copy and paste of one of their store policies and claimed that the damage was minor shelf. Which is far from reality. They told me I could send the items back but I would have to cover all shipping costs. Avoid this company and go with a much better company like Entertainment Earth."
They canceled my Order for Hot toys boba fett because THEY made a mistake.
"There was a listing to a hot toys boba fett. this item was in preorder. It was unusually cheap, but still over $100. I thought maybe it was a thing so they could get their name out there, but they claim it was an Error even though they had one listed for 133 and a deluxe version listed for 166. now that's 2 mistakes. Had only one been under 200 i would have ignored it and been like Oh that's an obvious mistake, but havimg both listed at the price is the reason i thought ,"Well damn that's a good deal." Now I'm just upset...Yeah you goofed up, but we didn't. There's 3 different groups on facebook who do saw this deal, and now know Toywiz is not a company who will keep their word. There's also 4 or 5 toy reviewers on youtube who i know were just denied this great offer too. You should honor you deal You made a mistake, but we didn't. we thought maybe someone was finally cutting us a break on our expensive collectables. Plus they sent a letter saying they were not allowed to sell for under what the company asked them too. which i know is a lie, because believe it or not i've got hot toys from walmart for Way below asking price. There's pleanty of companies who often have good deals. over the winter there was an online toy store selling luke skywalker who costs 240 on sale for 160...i know you can sell them for whatever you want YOU just don't want to own up to your mistakes. It's honestly very upsetting. It's rude to get people's hopes up. I feel like an idiot, because i was telling everyone in my groups what a great price they had and how they should check out the site. They told me i was stupid and are laughing at me because this happened. I feel betrayed. I'm an adult who has no friend's and no love prospects because of my Severe Mental Issues. I just post on toy groups. now i feel like i can't even be part of that anymore, because i believed you. I've had people making fun of me my whole life. i thought i finally found some acceptance in these groups, but now they're laughing at me. I know this mean nothing to you too so i don't why i even bothered, but this choice hurt me more than you can ever realize. "
Not happy with service
"I am very unhappy with the customer service received from toy whiz. Ordered 3 items with PayPal and as I ordered the item reverted to a quantity of one. So I paid $6 shipping for a 99 cent item. And what did they do to apologize? Offer me 5% off ( which expires in 2 days) my next order. Whooooeeeeeey such generosity. "
Customer Service Lied to Me... Twice
"Ordered a toy on 12/9 because I needed it by 12/14. Didn't come on 12/14 so I called. Customer Service says it's just delayed in shipping and should come in the evening of 12/14 or by 12/15 at the latest. By 12/18, still no toy. Call on 12/19 and Customer Service says it's "lost in shipping." It finally arrives 12/26. When I track it, it shows it was actually shipped on 12/24.Liars."
Over promise and underdeliver
"I ordered McFarlane Stranger Things action figures on 11/17. Website stated it would ship at end of November. I called a month later on 12/18. Customer service rep told me that now it will be shipping in January. Rep was very polite but said that the small print (probably need a microscope) said ship date could change. How about an email to notify customer? Here is the kicker. I clearly chose not to have my credit card charged until item shipped but they charged my credit card anyways. This operation is out of NY which doesn't surprise me that they are shady at best. Won't order from them again. "
Item never received and customer service never got back to me

"These guys are shady liars, do not ever EVVVVER use this site.If you go through reviews on google where they have 4.5 star rating you can tell that the reviews are fake and posted by people who clearly cannot spell and generally seem like bot reviews."
Thieves Stole my Money didn't send item
"Gave me fake tracking number months after an item should of been delivered. Very rude customer service I collect toys and have never had such a bad experience nor have I ever reviewed a toy company because it's all been good. This was straight up thievery "
