"I've ordered from them several times all with success. It does take them several days to a week one time to ship but I always got my order. One thing that bugs me about them is that they'll show an order in stock even if it's not. One time "after" I ordered an item they emailed me and said it was on back order. Otherwise I've had a good experience with them and good prices. "

"Avoid this business at all costs. I, too, ignored the multitude of negative reviews online (of which there are several hundred) and ordered a few items for my wife for a special occasion. Huge, huge mistake. The order sat there for two weeks, showing as "In Process" on their site. I emailed multiple times with no response at all. Finally, after the occasion passed and I didn't need nor want the items any longer, I emailed them threatening to file fraud charges and Presto! immediately received an email stating that my order had just shipped. Imagine that... Of course, there was no apology or personal communication, just a shipping notice. When it finally arrived, we were not surprised to discover that it was only part of the order (the other part is still floating around out there in La La Land, three weeks later...) and though the items were nice, they were not worth the headache. I have not received any apology, explanation nor even the slightest attempt to make amends from them, nor do I expect to. This company is pathetic, and it is worth spending an extra couple of dollars elsewhere to actually receive your items and that most rare of commodities, appreciation for your business.

Bottom line, only shop at SexyDepot if you hate yourself.

The package arrived Friday, which means that they mailed it Thursday, so they mailed it late. It was missing 20% of the items. The free "stocking" was actually a pair of those little "sockies" that the shoe store provides you to try on shoes. The colors of the items did not always match the pictures and one of them looked like it had dirt or a stain on it. The quality is horrible and items broke very easily. I will call them and tell them to refund the missing item because I do not want it this late (3 weeks later because my trip ends and I go home tomorrow). I feel like they did not have anything in stock and they ordered it from a cheap manufacturer in China when I purchased it from their website. I will never buy from them again and I will call my credit card company to dispute part of the charge. Buyer Beware.


So it's been 8 days without word. I finally emailed to get the status tonight and was told that they "anticipate to be shipping out your order by mid this week as scheduled. To arrive 1 to 2 days to California." I wish that were the case. 2-5 business days (posted shipping policy) to ship does not mean 10+. We'll see if it ever arrives... (note: they have not charged my credit card yet) They were quick to respond but I'm skeptical by nature and this doesn't feel promising.

The service with these guys wasnt as bad as i had expected. I'd made my order BEFORE i'd looked up this store and nearly had a heartattack after reading all the negative comments (i thought i'd literarilly been swindled and i wouldnt get my stuff at all). I made my order on the 2nd of February, hoping that i would get it by valentines day as it said on the website "orders made before the 5th would definitely be delivered by the 14th (because it didnt say excluding international orders i assumed i'd get my stuff before vals). After a week with no correspondence from the store I sent 2 emails enquiring about wether i'd receive my package before valentines day if not they should let me know asap so that i can make other plans. It took them a while to reply (on their website it says they will reply within 24hrs however because of the amount of work they were receiving due to vals i assumed i wouldnt get a reply anytime soon) I got a reply 2 days later stating that they were waiting on my items to be delivered to them and there was no way because i live in Australia that i'd get it by valentines. By then the online stores in Australia (who didnt have the stuff i wanted but I would have gone through if i had known i wouldnt have got my items earlier) werent going to make any deliveries. I wasnt happy at all!!! but what could i do. So valentines was a little dull compared to what it should have been BUT today is the 17th and i received my package. They put it through express/priority post and it's exactly what i ordered! :-D
I think the biggest piece of advice i'd give the store would be communicate with your customers more. Let them know what is going on with their orders, instead of having them hound you for answers, if you dont have the item in stock, let them know of this when they make their order so that at least they know.
Other than that i'd give the store and the service 3.5 stars. I would go through them again but your customer services needs some improvement.

"I ordered on a Tuesday. I asked on Friday if or when it would be shipped, she said the following week, stating that I should read the fine print before placing an order. She then canceled my order. Sandra L. was very rude with her responses. horrible customer service, and from what I read about the dirty merchandise I am glad my order was canceled. Do NOT waste your time or money.

They didn't even come close to shipping my item and charged me for it anyways. I notified the credit card company of this.

SexyDepot.com used, sold, or otherwise illegally used my credit card information to purchase items around the world. Visa contacted me and I am not responsible for any of it but the only item purchased was through them although the above.

"I placed an order with sexy depot on 15 june 2009, before I placed the order I emailed and asked if they had any other mailing options as I needed the items no later than saturday the 20th and was told for a fee of $49 they would get it there by saturday. I ordered 4 items and recieved 1 before saturday. I was charged $49 for delivery and recieved it no faster. I didnt mind paying the extra as My husband was returning home who is in the military and I wanted so much to make this a special night for him. I feel what I did was paid an extra $49 to get a dress in 4 days that only cost $44. That to me is unreal! it wasnt until late the next week before i got the rest of my order and still have no explaination as to what exactly I paid the extra $49 for. I will NEVER order from this company again and have warned all other military wives to do the same. Had they been upfront about not being able to get me the order in time I would have understood. I would have ordered elsewhere but at least they would have been honest and probably received many other orders from either me or the wives i've talked to. I feel I got took and hope everyone reads this and takes heed before ordering from this company. Don't waste your time or money on these people!!! PLEASE!!!!!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They do not have a Customer Service phone number and do not respond to emails. I have emailed them several times trying to cancel my order, and have heard nothing back. All I want is confirmation that my order is cancelled. But you get nothing from these people. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING. "Hello. Sorry for my not perfect English.
I would like to add my complain on SexyDepot.com.
Almost the same story like other costumers, except...
I placed my order #25722 on their web site about six weeks ago: 06, march, 2008.
First week I controlled status of my order on their site, page "Orders Management",
without any answer from them by e-mail. Suddenly, after two weeks, when my order
status on their site have been "Processed", I received this e-mail: "order #25722 is
in process and is scheduled to be shipped out next week." After that, from their
non-existent costumer service only dead silence.
First time I had been thinking that they are just some idiots, now I understand they
are the swindlers, and definitively I lost my money (total $72.65). You know, I don't
believe that Sandy L. or Vicky P. exists, or probably, it is not their real names.
In this moment it's not purpose for me to just get my money back, I want to put them
to federal jail for their crime organization.
I have all evidences for further investigations: their two e-mail to me, status order
from site, their invoice, and my bank account status.
I'm calling all of you, SexyDepot victims, to join with me against these swindlers!
I left my review about SexyDepot.com on these sites:
