"I signed up for a free 7 day trial and tried to cancel it the next day. It took me calling every day for 12 days for them to actually cancel it. Now I'm fighting for a refund because it took so long to cancel my trial that they charged my credit card. I've probably wasted 8 hours on the phone with these people. Avoid them at all costs. Seriously. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. It's a total scam. And now I'm sure I'll never see my $9.95 again and definitely not the 8 hours of my life."

"This is basically a groupon-like business only a lot less reliable. First they make you call to redeem the voucher (for a gift card in my case) you bought from them, then they try to rip you off by trying to sell you a coupon book (they insist for 10 minutes, too), then they won't send you the gift card. I had to file a charge-back. They are so bad of a business that they did not respond to my claim and I automatically got my money back after a month."

"This website has gone to hell. First of all, all their good deals are now for new members only, and any existing member deal are virtually worthless. Second of all, now you have to "Call" to their redemption center to get your gift card shipped to you. The redemption center is a outsourced calling center who you need to spell your name and address 10 times for them to get correctly and they are very pushy to sell you the worthless saveology subscription. The process is a pain and time consuming. Save yourself some trouble and use Groupon or Livingsocial."

"Definitely a shady business. Purchased AMC tickets, they make you to call to "redeem" when they could simply take the shipping information when placing the order. When you call they repeatedly try to sell you other stuff like magazine subscriptions. At the end of the call the customer service rep emphasized to call the customer service number and not the redemption center phone number if any issue with the order. Now 3 weeks have passed and have not received the tickets yet. Now I understand why they emphasized on the customer service number. Will never again buy from Saveology.com"
