Whatever Happen to Good Old Phone Support
"I called and wanted to place a order, but needed clarification on a part that I was ordering and I was told by the agent on the phone that she would have to open a case to have questions answered and that may take 2-3 business days to get a response. Rather than waiting for 3 days to get an answer I ordered both parts spending potentially an additional $7.00 - $$11.00. to make sure that one of the parts would work. ( DA61-08247A and DA61-08229A)"
