HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Would give ZERO stars if possible! Ordered rugs on 6/18/18 and they charged my credit card immediately. At the end of June received an email stating that there was a production delay that my rug pads would be shipped on July 2nd and I would receive a tracking number. On July 5th my wife calls and is told they will ship on July 9th. My wife calls on July 9th and is told they are shipping July 10th. When my wife questions that the customer service rep becomes highly defensive, tells her he is cancelling the order and hangs up on her. When she makes repeated attempts to call this individual back he repeatedly hangs up on her. Totally unbelievable that a company would behave in such a fashion. Now in a position of hoping to get a refund after wasting 3 weeks with this company."

"I replaced my 6' 9" x 10' living room rug with a 9' x 12' rug. 3 years ago I purchased Rug Pad Corner's "Ultra Premium" padding for the original rug. I was very pleased with it's quality and wanted to use the same padding on the new rug . I asked Lucas if it was possible to add more padding to the older piece so that I wouldn't need to buy all new padding. I gave Lucas the original pad size and he told me I would need to add 2 strips to make my required size pad. He told me "to simply enter, Please see Lucas for exact final sizes and I will be sure to supply the warehouse with the details." He went on to say "Since you're adding to an existing rug pad, I would like to assist in the way of the cost...you can use the code RPC10 in the coupon field."The original order was placed on 2/21 and few days later his business was hit with a big nor'easter. It took 2 weeks for my order to come in. The only fault I had with the order was not being told the padding was temporarily out of stock, otherwise I would have given a 5* rating. Looking back at my review I just gave it 5*'sEvery time I emailed Lucas with various questions about the order, delivery, or the delay, he got right back to me. Lucas's quick and informative response's are a big part of why I would reorder from him and why I would recommend Rug Pad Corner to anyone! "

"The product is working really well. The problem was that I ordered it on January 27th. On the payment page it said, "Ships in 2-3 days." On February 4th I wrote them asking where my pad was. They responded that it would ship in 2-3 days. On February 12th I opened a dispute on PayPal. I finally got my rug pad on February 16th. "

I was a little disappointed in how well the product worked for me after reading so many great reviews. It may have been the situation in which I tried to use the product though, and not the fault of the product itself. All in all, very satisfied."

"I placed an order with rug pad corner on 1/19/18. I soon received a message that the order would not ship for 7-10 working days and that I would be notified when it shipped. 10 working days was 2/2/18. I emailed them that morning to inquire about my order. On 2/6/18 I still hadn’t received any response or communication so called right when they opened that morning. When I called, the message first said all their reps were busy so hold for the next rep, but then a minute later it clicked to another message that said I needed to leave a message and I would receive a call back “shortly.” I did that. About 5 hours later I called again and left another message. I didn’t receive a call back. The next morning, frustrated, I went online to search for reviews on this oddly uncommunicative company. The first 2 reviews on the BBB website were warnings to not purchase from this company and detailed experiences similar to mine but worse. I forgot to mention that my credit card was charged for the order on 1/19. After I saw those reviews, I emailed again and requested that my order be cancelled and I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the charge. Later that day, I finally received a response from the company who claimed that my first email went to spam (apparently they rarely check their spam), and that their phone system is down, and apparently there is a notification on their website to warn people about their phone system. However given that at least two other people reported these same communication issues over 8 months ago, I don’t buy it. It makes no sense that an online company would not monitor their email properly or deal with phone system issues. Plus they charged me for an order long before it shipped. The customer service rep was very defensive in his email to me and although they did apologize for the issue, it was a hollow apology in relation to all the lame excuses they communicated. I’m just glad my credit card credited me for the order because I don’t trust that Rug Pad Corner would have. Don’t order from them. Go to Rug Pad USA who answer their phones and ship within a couple of days. "
"Previously ordered with good success. Our lat order was in October 2017 but as of yet we have not received the pad. Got 1 note in late ‘17 about back ordered supplies then nothing. Wrote to the company and was told the order was awaiting shipment. We’ll see. No charges have been put through our account as of yet."
