"I recently had my racquet restrung and had them put on a new grip and grommet tape. When I got it back, the tape wasn’t stuck down on the edges, and had a lot of wrinkles and air bubbles. It was like they didn’t even try to put in on well. 6/15/18 UPDATE- within hours of my negative review being posted, Lee at RacquetWorld.com called to apologize, and explained what had happened. He offered to send me a roll of grommet tape to replace what was put on my racquet. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Great customer service!"
